They close the bathroom down. We walked around 8:15pm and both bathrooms was closed. Both! Your supposed to have a restroom of there is a restaurant/ or if they sale food... and they do.

I stopped to use the bathroom the bathroom is not disgusting but could use some cleaning just know it is touch free until you get ready to open the door they only have the dryer. After using the bathroom I saw Krispy kreme doughnuts and coffee with everything I purchased my total was almost 40 dollars this does not include gas the person ringing me up was new and she was being trained but she was having a problem ringing up some of my things the person doing the training was there but I had to tell her she needed help. Then after I paid 40 dollars for doughnuts coffee and some key chains the nice new girl asked if I would like a bag I said yes and she was about to bag it until she was told she did NOT have to bag my things just give me the bag. Okay that's fine if your customers have to bag their own stuff we go through self check out every day but she should have waited until I left to tell her that people like that bring negative energy to the business and the owners are trying to figure out why the turnover rate is high. So from me they get two stars just because of her attitude and did I mention the doughnuts were two days old and I still bought them!!!

The Clerk works at a gas station and can't sell gas. I went in pre paid 70.00 for 89 octane. Came out to the pump would only let me choose 87. Went back inside and came back out. Now it only let's me choose 93 octane. 👎 So I wasted my Premium fuel rewards paying for a higher octane I didn't need because if I went back in I wouldn't have been able to hold my ability to ask how you work at a gas station and don't know how to sell gas.

Wish we'd never stopped here! Unfriendly, unhelpful staff, and they might not let you use their restrooms. First, had to walk around attendant standing centered in front of the door, smoking a cigarette. No greeting, just a disgusting cloud of smoke. Then blocked by a crude sign laying on a cart that read the restrooms were closed for maintenance. He hollered, "The bathrooms are closed!" "ALL of them?" I asked. "Yes." Then checking out, I pressed, "What happened to all the bathrooms?" He said, "I'm the only one here." "So, there's NOTHING wrong with your bathrooms. You just won't let us use them." There are better choices!

Misleading fuel prices. Took my rewards number but didn't give rewards price on gas. The sinage displays rewards prive not retail price. The gas station across the street was 30 cents cheaper before rewards pricing. Convenience store is more expensive than most. Restrooms weren't great.

Rude lady working there last night. She had to tell me to move my car. She was absolutely right, it was my mistake, but her attitude was not necessary. I was more than happy to park wherever and however I needed to. Then they didn’t let my son use the restroom. I am reading other comments saying that is an issue at this location. I was waiting on him here and he took longer than expected. I was going to get some snacks and gas up before I left, but changed my mind after all this happened.

Almost certain the cashier is over charging for items and won’t give a receipt. I wouldn’t be surprised if my debit card was compromised in that process. Stay Away

First gas station off of I-65 and the bathrooms are “closed”. In other words the employees are too lazy/ incompetent to clean the bathrooms. This is pretty sorry considering you are right off of a mayor interstate and you aren’t allowing people to use the restroom because of laziness

Bait and switch on fuel price, credit is 20 cents per gallon higher than the marquee, filthy restrooms, and both store clerks staring at their phones.

Store seemed clean and despite the staff being friendly, they are either not the brightest crayon in the box or a purposely ripping people off. I got a 20oz coke and was charged for 32oz. I checked the bottom of the cup to confirm it said 20oz and told her this was a 20oz. She refused to acknowledge the complaint. On top of it all other gas stations have cheaper drinks. $2.19 for a "32oz".

They were extremely rude to me when I came out of the restroom. She was white, a bit chunky and had blond-ish white hair. She got mad I was walking all over the floor when she was mopping .I apologized and she kept giving me dirty looks. I later called back up there and the black girl that was there picked up and I was telling them the way the manager was treating me was unacceptable and she hung up on me. I will never come back to this shell. It needs to management and newer and kinder employees

Always had good experiences here. Nice place to stop when you're in an 18-wheeler you can pull off to the side get what you want at Shell and if you're hungry run next door and grab something from The Waffle House. They've always been friendly nice and allowed me to do that. It's a very busy tight area that's not truck friendly it's about the only way you can grab any food while driving a large vehicle in this area. They also have a car wash and a Subway restaurant.

Misleading advertising saying one price but it's really a significantly more expensive price if you use a credit card. Bathrooms are awful in that the doors don't close correctly, much less lock
