Don’t think I’ve ever seen such incompetence in fast food. They simply can’t get an order correct, even the second time around. It was an appetizer sampler which is about as uncomplicated as it gets. Mgmt is rude and acts like she can’t be bothered when she is the one that made the mistake. Twice. First and last time here.

I would rate this store a 0 but unfortunately you can’t. 20 weeks pregnant and just wanting the food I ordered took 3 times to get. I said my order number to the sales person and they handed me my order along with my friend, because we ordered together. My friend got the right order. To sum everything up, I had to go back inside to get the right order I handed them the food, said my food order again and they gave the same food that was wrong in the beginning. Got blamed and yelled at for getting the wrong food. Not sure who the employee was but she was a lightskin wo man with short blonde hair. Telling me I was in the wrong. When I just wanted the food that I paid for. Don’t remember this Sheetz being the rude.

We ordered food for delivery quite recently, and the quality of the food was disgusting. It was really cold. Not delivery cold or lukewarm, but cold as in they gave us food that had been sitting out for probably 2+ hours. I am so glad I didn’t order fries! We could barely choke it down it was so awful and we are not picky eaters by any means. As a delivery driver myself, I also pick up door dash orders from this location quite frequently, and the employees aren’t the nicest. I walked back inside to grab the extra sauce my customer requested and ordered, and after playing a game of 20 questions the blonde girl in the pink shirt preparing the food threw the sauce at me. I said “thank you!” And she didn’t say anything back, not even a “have a good night” or anything. Just really rude in general, and acted like she didn’t want to give my customer what was ordered when she was the one who left it out to begin with! Lastly, the store is in terrible condition. Very dirty and not stocked. There are employees standing around and joking with each other, yet they can’t seem to restock the supplies around the drink machine or wipe down the sticky drink and ice cream residue on the counters. I think this location needs better management.

I just want to give a shout out to the Springs Road location and the way they have handled the Hurricane Helene aftermath. They have been extremely busy and are working as hard as they can to make sure the customers are cared for in a timely manner. A little bit of patience goes a long way in times like these.

Supposed to be 16 ounces of cheese bites I get home and put it on my kitchen scale to 9 ounces with the cup. Then when I call up there at like I’m Lying. I paid $12 for cheese bites only got half of what I ordered

This store is always out of Fountain flavors Today I went in and they were out of six different ones. This is a constant problem with them. I live right down the road from them and we go mainly every day. We will be finding a new spot this is just so old

The drinks are never right, whoever is hooking up the drink stuff is horrible at it, the flavor syrup isnt there or either there's too much carbonation, or either its too much flavor syrup, and the slushies are always empty or not working, and the floors are always dirty in the drink and slushy area, that area is ALWAYS dirty

Don’t even open on holidays if you have staff that can’t even begin to handle it. Waiting 3 hours is beyond ridiculous, only this location in the area has any bad reviews coming from the kitchen despite there being multiple in the area. Bottom line is don’t even waste your time coming in because the kitchen and staff don’t operate like a well oiled machine

Spent 50+ minutes in line for 1 pretzel. Never got my pretzel and the lady just wanted to argue that they're busy & they have ppl thatve been waiting longer when I was in front of the drive thru window for atleast 30 minutes while all they did was check ppl out that came inside, asked twice what my order was and still ultimately they couldn't make a single pretzel in nearly an hr. Wasting people's time on christmas.

Sheetz is not a good neighbor to us Springs Rd people. They constantly have the gas prices 20 cents or more higher than the other Sheetz down the road. Always going up and down with the gas price waiting to see what the competitors do down the road. PRO TIP.. the Gas House a mile down the road always has prices way lower than Sheetz. The BP a block away right now is 15 cents cheaper since Sheetz went up to 2.99... highest in town.. Done with Sheetz... used to be in there all the time. Yall need to get with it.

Loved going here until the gas pumps started taking forever to pump gas. About 1 gallon a minute, been like this for multiple times now. Please fix this issue.

Giving a one star only because drive thru is slow as heck. If a car is at the window they allow them to sit while everyone behind them who has already ordered is waiting and has already paid. Word of advice, tell them to go around the store so yall can help the pile up!

Terrible gas station. Rude employees, rude customers. Always has gas pumps down and has no Flex Fuel option. Which would be nice to know when your vehicle takes Flex Fuel that this location doesnt offer it. Of all Sheetz locations, this is one to avoid at all costs.
