They want everyone to wear a mask to prevent the spread of germs, but then they allow their parking lot areas to look like this. Every bay has overflowing trash currently and trash all over the actual ground of the parking lot (including masks đ). They do not appear to be as busy as their business makes it appear. 2 stars only because my daughter (who went inside) said the customer service was decent.

they will put your hot flatbread pizza sideways as if to be playing Tetris in your bag to fit all the items you've ordered, so maybe don't order the flatbread.

I usually go to this sheetz for snacks or quick bites. the staff is always very friendly and quick when checking out! Majestee (i am SO SORRY if that isnât how her name is spelled) and Dominique are STELLAR with their customer service. i love them to bits and always love to talk to them when i stop in. there are many, many other fantastic employees at this store, but i just donât know their names. i believe i have only had a few less than ideal experiences regarding the MTO food at this location, but nothing major enough to remember (no undercooked food, sometimes just sloppy prep but im not one to judge the quality off of presentation alone since i know they get busy sometimes). i hope they keep up the great work at this location and others. there is definitely more consistency based on the food quality across the board (breakfast to dinner) compared to other sheetz locations or wawa (their breakfast isnât great).

I stopped in at 9:03 PM on the dot to get some gas and order some food since I havenât eaten in over eight hours today. I ordered a single breakfast sandwich, a very simple order. As soon as the âdingâ went off in the kitchen, a woman yelled âoh come on!! Reallyâ. I looked back the kitchen and she (the order maker) clearly wanted to leave as she was sweeping the floors. Since this single sandwich was such an inconvenience, I donât want to ever come here ever again so I canceled my order, left without getting gas, and went to Rutterâs instead. No thanks.

This place is so infuriating when ordering hot drinks. My large hot drinks always come 3/4 full and not actually full. What I get would fit into a regular, so why should I continue to pay for a large if I'm not getting the large amount. Smh I hate this place.

I ordered 2 breakfast subs and noticed when I got to the car I had what appeared to me as 1 breakfast sub. After I went back in I realized MY mistake in assuming it was a whole sub as the prices were the same. (A breakfast sub is only half of a sub whereas a regular sub can be ordered as a whole.) Devon had been the supervisor on shift at the time. She had a lovely disposition and met me with a smile! What a delight! Devon addressed my complaint with a positive attitude and met my concerns with a solution that left me feeling valued and appreciated! Thank you for the great customer service! UPDATE: Not every manager has the same positive mindset as Devon. I had arrived at approximately 2am to purchase some fuel and a drink and grabbed a product that was mislabeled on the shelf. After the sales lady had to request the manager (Jordan) twice to come out and speak to me he reluctantly did. I asked Jordam if he would honor the mislabeled product for the price that was labeled directly below it. After showing him where it was on the shelf and he refused agreeing that it was in fact in the wrong location however it wasn't his fault. He was unable to locate the label for it as it was not labeled anywhere. The price difference was just over $1. I pulled my phone out and take a picture of the mislabeled product and he went into a very combative tone getting very defensive stating it is illegal to photograph, video or audio record as this is private property! Jordan then exclaims I am going to have you removed from the property! He went back into the back leaving me a bit baffled as to what just happened and he called the local Police department! They are busy dealing with real problems and Jordan decides to be a substandard human being by calling them to remove me, the unruly customer! While they are in route to the Sheetz I went back to my car and called the corporate customer support number to let them know what kind of person they have working there. During our conversation on the phone the Police did show up with 3 separate units because of the big deal this kid Jordan made. I apologized to the police on his behalf as well as mine for having wasted their time. I will be leaving my 5 star review as is, even though Jordan is a terrible representative of the Sheetz organization and the values they employ and as the original review states, the majority of the time that is the quality I have come across from almost everyone who works with the company.

Bathrooms where nice, store is set up well. Who ever was making MTO food today sucked. My burrito was 1/2 the size it usually is at my home sheetz and my wife's salad was pretty sparse for what she included in the menu. I can't recommend this place for food.

I usually get my food correctly but I just got the wrong item. It's ridiculous that you wrapped it in the item I order but give me something else

Seems to be the theme at this location... food is not consistent and poor quality. Consistently sucks. Paying extra for less than a tablespoon of cheese, pico and guac... $1.50 more ... and this is what you get. Not buying food here again. Will go to the other location. Some locations just have a bad day... I guess this one of them. Usually this store is pretty clean. But today they refilled the tp and never looked at the rest of the bathroom. Just gross

Tyroneâs by far the friendliest cashier Iâve ever met. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job and spreading positivity. Super rare to encounter these days, let alone at a gas station of all places.

Definitely not the best sheetz for MTO food. Tenders were half seasoned. Snack wraps were disappointing. Cheese curds were the best out of all the food. Good for gas and quick snack/drinks.

I got a salad here today. It was terrible. The chicken was overcooked, dried out and tasteless. Three little tomatoes, 4 purple onion rings. I wanted Italian dressing, it came with French. Worst of all it cost over $11.00. Never again.

If youâre going to ID make sure you do it every single time and not pick and choose when you want to do it. I work right next to this location so I come all the time. I donât order food from here anymore because itâs always made incorrectly or itâs missing items. Stopped by this morning for gas and to pick up my order in store. I have a baby with me so I try to make it a quick trip seeing as heâs only 5 months. I go in to grab my order only to be told I can get it when they see my id which I left in the car trying to get my baby out. Now I donât care that they need it. What they need to do is make them do it every single time and not when they would like to. Most of the time I go over there Iâm not carded. I put what I think is my $15 of gas in my tank and go to the drive thru because the baby is in the car. Too old to have him outside. The kid I guess had an attitude because I told him he should have everyone card all the time to avoid things like this. When I came thru he was pretty rude and aloof. But thatâs not the best part. My bank got a notification that a transaction was canceled when I was attempting to fill up my gas. Come to find out he canceled it so Iâll need to get my gas oat another gas station down the street. I wonât be going back. Nice đđź this place has gone downhill over the past few months. Edit: The new location down the street is actually pretty good. Itâs a little bit of a drive but itâs worth it.

The staff is always super nice, and the store is clean, but the MTO food is made wrong more often than not. Missing ingredients, wildly varying portions, sometimes missing items altogether. It's frustrating because this is the closest Sheetz to my house, but I've never had my food made so consistently wrong. I can understand once in a while, but not this often.

⸝ Do not order food from this location. Literally go to any other Sheetz down the road, the newer one that just opened, or anywhere else if you want food thatâs made correctly. This is the closest Sheetz to my house, and somehow they mess up every single order, whether I come during the day or late at night. The girl working the front is very sweet, but sheâs so painfully shy that she seems terrified to have a basic conversation with another human being. Meanwhile, the two guys working in the kitchen either received zero training or simply do not care at all. I ordered a protein parm sub. Instead of shredded chicken, they put two tiny pieces of chicken breast that were dry and gross. The marinara was dry, the sub was wrapped upside down, and it turned into a complete mess by the time I opened it. To make it worse, I ordered online, showed up, and my food wasnât even started. I was told they ânever got the order,â even though my name was literally on the screen, and one of the guys was too lazy to make it. This is such an easy job to not mess up, yet somehow this location manages to screw it up every time. They should strongly look at who they have employed
