Can be slow but only because of lack of employees. Employees show they care about your experience and are quick to calm down customers. Bathrooms are god, outside gas is clean, customers arent rude either.

Came here at 12:30 in the morning on our way home from visiting family. Would have liked to have hot food or some hot chocolate to mix into my coffee refill....most of their drink machines were not working. All of their food ordering screens said they were out of order. When we asked if we could still place food orders, we were told that they were only taking door dash orders. Meaning they still had the ability to make food, but as a walk in customer we wouldn't be able to be served. We thought this was a little odd. We still bought some doughnuts anyway, but we were very much not pleased at this location.

The food is OK not the best it taste like general gas station food. The lines tend to be a bit ridiculous sometimes. Even with multiple cashiers you can still find yourself standing there for 3 to 5 minutes. So for people coming into the front doors they have to maneuver around the long lines to get what they want. The layout is honestly not the best. The gas prices are decent they do offer a free air pump machine so that’s a huge plus. Honestly, I prefer to go to Wawa the service is way quicker the food is much better and the coffee taste better. They have free air also. I will say though, the customer service is always top notch I’ve never had a problem with anyone there!

Kind of an old, outdated dingy location. Worst part is, I stopped in for a drink and a snack. I paid with Apple Pay. The cashier, Ginger, didn’t say a word to me after the transaction said approved and went back to counting pennies at the cash register. I just stood there even though it said approved because I didn’t just want to walk out. After a 15 second awkward wait with me just standing there, she finally looks up at me and says, ok then.

Love my Sheetz. Not only do they sell inexpensive gas, they also have snacks I pickup too. My spouse likes beef jerky made in Virginia we can only find there. Our dogs like snacks only found there. I really like their fresh brewed iced tea and a variety of jalapeno chips. Also, they have a loyalty program that gives discounts on gas and food. I recommend you check out this chain if you have not already.

This Fredericksburg Sheetz on Carl D. Silver Parkway is probably the worst Sheetz I’ve ever stopped at! Bathrooms weren’t open at 5 a.m. There was a lady who refused to let me in and started complaining. She told me they wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes, and I should have used the restroom before leaving home. She snarkily added, "It's common sense to use the restroom before you leave your house; you do have common sense, right, or are you one of those?" I just ignored her question about whether I was "one of those," not sure what she meant. I am glad they're cleaning them, and I know it's early in the morning, but I should have been able to use the restroom. She didn’t have to be rude to me and complain.

I recently placed an order for a sub and it was incorrect. Knowing food service I understand things happen. I called the store/dasher an gotten credit too my my account! An replaced the order for the sub and it was a note making sure I had the bacon with a happy face 😄. It was perfect! Thank you she was very respectful an up an beyond! I didn't get her name but I wished I could tip her myself keep up the good work

They want you to pay at the pump but can't be bothered to add paper for receipts. They have been out of receipt paper for a year. It will take 10 minutes to go inside and get a receipt.

I just visited this location and was rung up by a very sweet girl. While multitasking, grabbing food and gas and on the phone, I drove away without fueling up. After realizing, I they were kind enough to cancel the order before I pulled out of the parking lot. Thanks for looking out for a customer!

I feel very unsafe when I visit here. There are often rough looking individuals in the parking lot who are after your money--one time one of them stood in front of my car. Thankfully I was able to back out and get away. I've been followed into the store as well. It's not directly the employees' fault--but Sheetz is not protecting their property adequately in my opinion. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this particular location to anyone. If you go here, be safe, keep your purse/wallet close--preferably don't go alone. Stay safe out there.

Probably the worst sheetz I have ever been to. Short story it used to be my morning stop but quickly went down hill. A select few staff have motivation or are trying but are quickly bogged down by the rest of the team that clearly just don't give a$***. Food service is always slow and now, for what seems as months only 1 order terminal is available. If you have time take the extra 10 mins and go to the one off of layfyett or the extra 30 to got to 3 or rt 20 in orange county. I do not dislike this location. It is no longer a convenient stop to make because they are so slow.

Won't let me leave a photo, but this is the 3rd time i have bought a large smoothy and received a regular. On top of the fact that only 3 people that work here know how to use a blender to mash all of the ice!!! Only reason i gave a 5 is i love the people, very friendly and they keep the place clean.

Denied access to my husband and I with my service dog. Required her to have a vest and/or documentation which is illegal according to the ADA. They then said that they won’t allow her because it’s a food establishment and makes other people uncomfortable. These are not valid reasons to deny a service animal.

The staff is always helpful, even when the cooler is out of the product, they will happily check inside the back for it for you. You just have to be patient because they are usually busy with other tasks.

Was denied for having a service dog. My dog is clearly marked and I have identification. I explained this to the manager who the. Says "fine you have 10 minutes and you have to get out with that dog" my service dog that I need. Thank you Sheetz will never be returning. N

Stopped late night for bathroom break, gas top off and road trip snacks. Felt safe going in and coming out. Excellent selection of snacks, cold drinks and they have custom ordering and a place to sit. Noticed a spot for car care and other travel essentials which is appreciated.
