Visited this location on Veteran's Day and noticed the wonderful customer service they provided. They offered a free sub/drink and carwash as well as showing appreciation by their attentiveness (not just expressing it)--they really care and I'll return the favor with my continued loyalty--thank you!!!

Very disappointing experience at this Sheetz location. I ordered two food items that took nearly twenty minutes to be prepared. I question why it was taking so long, and the employee fixing the food stated that a bunch of people ordered fried food at the same time. I suppose you need to coordinate your trip to this Sheetz location with other citizens. I will never go back there again. 🙁🙁🙁🙁

My order wasn’t what I ordered lol but seriously the cashier was great, I ordered a veggie sub and I’m sure they didn’t use clean gloves. I had an headache and upset stomach after a few bites. The drink station could have been cleaner and the floor was dirty behind the drink machine, noticed it when I was walking to the lottery machine. But the lady at the register was super sweet and patient.

I have never had issues with Sheetz in the area I live in. I've made so many friends at these places. Even at 3 am they just always seems to be a friendly soul working at any of the four locations I frequently go to. All I can say is I can't stand the neverending beeping so God bless them for being able to smile thru that everyday! I can't stand it! Lol

Usually Sheetz has clean bathrooms. Not this one. Men's room was awful. Two stalls. One had poop smeared on the toilet seat. The other had poop on the floor. Neither one had toilet paper. The bathroom attendant was actually in the bathroom but only emptied the trash. Floor covered with debris and dirt.

I doordashed a quesarito at like 1 in the morning and opened it to munch down on an amazing quesarito. I get done and look over to see a sticky note that says "I cried making this" and that made my night. To the employee I hope it was the onion and not the order. But to the overall chain, employees like that are incredible. That two seconds to write that down is positivity and humanity. Y'all will get a 5 stars any day from me with service that great. Also the food is AMAZING

Usually good food & service but my waffle is burnt tonight! Just left Sheetz about 20 mins ago & get home to find a blackened waffle! Just wanted to eat a sweet treat after a long night but kinda bummed out now! If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it!

Ordered a steak sub double meat. Wasn't even a single portion. Couldn't eat half of the bread it was so stale. And they didn't get the toppings on the sun right either. Worst Sheetz food ive ever had.

Went to get drinks, like I do every morning, and the store was packed at 4am. One cashier, slow as molasses going up hill, on a cold day, and both self checkouts weren't working. Since I had to get to work, I was forced to leave without my usual. This happens at least twice a week, and should be addressed.

This review is for the car wash. After the car wash down the street kept having mechanical issues and getting stuck 1/2 way through the wash. I started coming here for the touchless wash. I've been presently surprised how good of a job this wash does.

I just left this Sheetz 3:15pm Friday October 31st. Filled up with gasoline and the nozzle spewed gas all over the front of my clothes. The pump said would I like a car wash? Yes I would, so I purchased the wash with the fuel. Pull into the wash it's not working. No signage that it's broken. I have to back out of the narrow entrance lane. I go in and am asked,"So you want your money back for the wash?" Yes Of course I do. I let them know about the pump, show them my clothes with gas all over the front. Nothing. I don't think I will be back here again

I usually love Sheetz, but this one since it was remodeled is horrible. The gas pump area is smaller and has less pumps than before, less parking space. Every gas pump has different gas. Very confusing and a disaster to navigate between the chaos to find the pump that has the gas you want. If you have a truck with a trailer or camper beware, because you're in big trouble getting around. Very frustrating. They should all have the same gas options. I loved the old sheetz. All this to build a drive thru. My wife and I will never go there again

My wife and I came here to order some food before going home. We both ordered a chicken platter. I got wings and tenders and she got double tenders. When we got our order, our tenders came chopped, not how we ordered them. I went back to the counter to have the tenders remade. The manager stated they were chopped because of timing? Confusing part because wouldn’t that take longer? Service is sub par. This location needs help. It was great before the remodel.
