They spent 10 minutes trying to program new car keys, until the employee was told by a superior that she was programming the wrong key. She then said they would order the correct key and have it available by the next week. Three weeks and two phone calls later and the keys have not yet been ordered. I really tried with these folks but being misled (lied to?) repeatedly about the status of an order (for which I was perfectly happy to pay good money!) is unacceptable, not worth any purported savings for your car remote.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Took a key in to have it cut. Something went wrong and it didnt work on my vehicle when they were done. They grabbed another from their inventory to cut for me. Works like a charm. Normally key cut from their inventory $70. Bring your own for them to cut $40. My price because of inconvenience $20. Firmly believe you get what you pay for, on average the price might be a bit higher than what you will pay at a national chain/big box store but being able to compensate customers for mistakes that were made (especially when there is 0 expectation for it) without requiring an act of congress to finally agree to give you 10% (dont even worry about it as you obviously need it more than me) is awesome! Plus the whole perk about shopping/supporting locally is always a perk!★★★★★ 2 years ago

This place is garbage no one here is a real locksmith, they just use the Vin numbers and go get a key. You can do that as well for what they want $180 for I was able to get for 60. I do not recommend these guys if you need a key made save yourself money call the dealership yourself★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago
