The night shift worker is very rude & does his job incorrectly leaves the costumers outside for 40 minutes then is on his phone while I’m telling him what pump he gets the pump wrong I tell him then he gives me my money back & this is not the first time he does this consistently he does not need to work there at all

The Attendant At The Booth Is Very Rude And Grumpy, Especially With The Car Wash Tokens. I Know For A Fact That ApplePay Is Available Because I Used It Before At This Station. But I Tried The Other Day And He Got An Attitude And Was Yelling At Me. Then A Next Time I Used My Card, He Wanted Me To Give Him My Debit Card So He Could Put It In The Machine, Then Put The Machine Through The Slot So I Could Put My Pin Number In. Here’s My Problem With This Situation, One His Attitude, Second He Had No Gloves On, Third It Would’ve Been Easier And Safer If He Put The Card Reader Machine Through The Slot, So He Don’t Touch My Card. In These Trying Times, I’m Just Trying To Protect Myself And The Attendant. I Think Better Practices With Handling Transactions Should Be Enforced. Thank You In Advance

I really wanna give them ZERO STAR!!!! The cashier that worked on 10/25/17 at around 10:40pm was very rude. Dude told me to be quiet after I informed him that I’m at pump 5 and it says “see cashier”... I have to check this mofo! I took my card and went elsewhere for gas.. acting like a f&@king woman on her period. They need to hire people who really wants to work not these miserable old douchebags smdh.

The machine for air does not have a display for psi, nor does it tell you if you put in enough money. After 7 quarters, I just gave up. Worthless.

First of all, I’m not even need to give one star because I just was there and I paid cash money at the desk. He gave me the change. I asked for our receipt or something to show the guy who is actually washing the car. Then the guy from the car washing asked me For coin to put in the machine I told him I already paid so he told me that the guy at the front desk should give me a coin then I came back right away and he told me I gave it to you and told me that if I want to get a coin I will need to pay again 😳 i’m not coming back to this place

Diluted gas. I filled my tank up at this station and within less than 15 minutes of driving , I was down to a half tank. Took my SUV to the dealership to assess the issue and they confirmed this was the case. I saw someone else leave a similar review years ago as well. Hit or miss. The cashier is also extremely rude and has been for years.

Nothing out of the ordinary for this bp gas station. ⛽️ You come get your gas and move on. I read a few reviews about the rude attendants but I pay via credit card so I don't deal with that. As for me it works for my needs. I go in get my gas and simply keep it moving after that. Neighborhood is not that great so just be cautious and aware of your surroundings.

Terrible experience! Brought Gas and got distracted by kids and didnt pump came right back and he said he’s not responsible! The worker is not the nice guy thats been here for over 20 years customer friendly. He remembers me but doesn’t want me to get the gas or is just stealing the unused $40 for himself. Going to the next gas station will never patronize this company again!

If I could I would leave 0 stars, I came here this morning and got gas & then I realized my car started sputtering after getting gas then as I got home I turned my car off and came back outside and my car wouldn’t turn back on. I called a mechanic & they said that the gas was bad & there was something wrong with it. I spent 40$ on this gas just for me to have a broken down car, I need my refund ASAP & will be filing a claim.

This gas station is awful. The attendant refused to allow me to use the phone after I locked my keys and phone in the car accidentally. He also just posted a sign saying back in 5 minutes but it has been 15 and still not here. Idk why I ever come here. Driving away now somewhere else.
