Probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever had. I wiped off most of the left behind dirt before I took these pics. But don’t waste your money here. The service gets a negative star. The staff was great and friendly! They get 5-stars.

When I arrived to this car wash to try it out, I stopped at the wheel cleaning / bug cleaning station to clean my wheels before entering. I pulled up and to my dismay they do not accept cash. For me this had been the THIRD place I couldn’t spend cash in some way, shape, or form. As I backed out I let my frustration be known to my passenger and one of them gentlemen running the wash shouted for me to come back. I explained to him that I simply didn’t have my debit card as I left it at home and I was frustrated because of the last to businesses gave me grief for only having cash on me. He understood my issue and offered me a free car wash when he really didn’t have to. In the next few days when my truck gets dirty again, I’m coming back to this location and purchasing a monthly membership. On top of all of this, their car wash system, vacuum system and overall layout is perfect, even for larger trucks such as mine. Five Stars for sure ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This is a great car wash, the price is a bit high for just basic. I had some bird droppings on my windshield, and though it did a great job. It didn’t remove it all. But they have free vaccums and also a floor mat wash station.

Love this car wash just wish they would have a multi-car option instead of having to pay for multiple memberships. Its state-of-the-art They have free vacuuming and they have a station setup for hanging and washing your mats, they sometimes hand out free air fresheners. Although the car wash is pretty pricey as far as brush washes go this place has the best leaves no marks

Went today to get my car washed and it came out great. I went to vacuum my car and I locked my keys and phone in my car by accident. I went to ask for help from the employees , and they were nothing short of amazing. They gave me a chair to sit in, a phone to use and let me sit inside in the ac while I waited for a ride. Thanks, I cant remember everyone's names but they were all great! Very professional and deserve a raise! I had to wait 2 hours and that whole time observed nothing but courteous, kind and hard workers and a well run car wash!

So stopped out today at Sergeant Clean Car Wash and Cuyahoga Falls I met Andy at the gate it's very helpful needed a renew my air freshener absolutely love this place they've got all the chemicals that you need to get your car nice and clean they even got a bug wash station where you can free wash the front of your car to get all the bugs off it is amazing the quality of care been a lot of places best place I've been to customer for life

I cannot say enough good things about Nate and Joe. After being rear-ended while in the car wash, I was understandably shaken, but they immediately stepped in and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. They were incredibly caring, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Nate and Joe checked on me, stayed calm and professional, and went above and beyond to offer support and assistance. I am a paid monthly member. Today z- a very busy day - I know I did not get my usual car wash cleaning, nor the brush drying. I did not get the usual wax as the water usually beads on the windshield after my wash. But NOT TODAY! I feel as tho the system got switched around. I made sure that I was after the car that went thru the gate before me from thenother lane. SonI am sure there were many people whondid not get the service they paid for.

First time trying a Sgt. Clean Car Wash. Attendant who took my money told me that their wash was top quality and safer due to foam scrubbers. Seemed convincing enough along with the long line of customers. Paid for the "level" of wash I wanted but it strongly appeared that everyone gets the same wash no matter what level they pay for. Pulled around to check out the quality of vacuums etc afterwards to not only discover lots of dirt and soap left over, but a huge jagged scratch along the door of my brand new 2026 truck. There's absolutely no doubt that this Sgt. Clean is going to take any responsibility for their equipment causing the damage. I know it and surely they are shaking their head in agreement reading this review... But beware. You're definitely not going to get what you pay for here. They end up with $20, and I get a bad wash, my brand new 2026 truck scratched, and a minimum of $ hundreds in repair costs. Don't be a lemming... Much better places out there.

I just went through this car wash for the first time. It was very nice and colorful. I was expecting a quality wash. When I got home I noticed my front grille and bumper were both still very dirty. When you pay $22 for a car wash, you should get your money's worth 😭
