I have had nothing but bad luck, i have bought a truck not even 4 months ago, and it has been in and out of the shop every two weeks, for all sorts of problems. This is the 3rd time i bought a vehicle from them 2 of which was great! The service department admitted to just clearing a code the truck was throwing and said itll come back on again... and send it to the chevy house. Yes they give you a loaner to drive, and every time i have gotten into a loaner it has ALWAYS been empty, and when i receive my truck back its is always EMPTY on gas even when i drop it off with a full tank. Its aggravating but the lady at the service desk has been nice and helpful. Thats about all i can say about fairway. They should have never sold a vehicle to someone when the truck stays in the shop more than you have drove it.

Just want to say WHAT AN AMAZING facility and the professionalism, courtesy and kindness has been heart warming. Having car trouble is so terrifying and stressful. What a great experience we have had at Fairview Auto Center! We drove about 4 hours from MS for a vehicle I saw listed and I can truly say this is one of the best auto dealerships I have encountered. My salesman Harrison was very good at communicating with me about the status of the vehicle and also worked with me to set up an appt to do a test drive. I always get Great Customer Service. I remember when I first entered their doors in 2010. Newly divorced and lost. I told them I needed for them to keep up with my car and tell me if there were problems. They have done a great job. I trust them completely. I bought a car from them in 2018 and no one else touches my car. Give them a try, you won't regret it
