I've gone to this car wash many times over the last several years. On my most recent visit, they had installed a new machine and raised their prices which they apparently figured meant that they didn't need to do anything to prewash the car. The kid never even used the pressure washer on my front windshield, any windows or the hood. When I pulled back around to ask them to try again because it was still dirty, I actually spoke with the owner who said no. Executive Car Care on Williston Road is much better and cheaper too. From now on, that's appently where Seaway's Owner wants me to go.

I have been using Seaway in the Bay for several years so far. We usually buy their books of washes to save more, but today was a complementary wash from service at local GMC/Chevy dealer visit. If you have special instructions, they try to help. I have mentioned after a wash before I still saw some dirt running down back of car after washing, they just had us turn around and go through again, and spent extra time pre-washing. They also have a detailing business there too, but we have not yet tried it.

The friendly staff here went out of their way to do an extra pre-wash on my car to get a sappy film off of it from it being parked under a tree for two weeks. They also brought out a nice treat for my dog, which he loved!

I had my car washed here for the first time on one of those near 50 degree days about two weeks ago. When I went through the dryer at the end, I heard some cracking sounds. After pulling out, I found some damage to a custom part on the top of my car. I pulled back around and got someone from the office to check it out, and they nervously said that their policy is no responsibility for custom parts. I had this part professionally installed with body panel fusor almost a year ago, and have been to the other Seaway location as well as Champs Touchless in South Burlington several times, and this has never happened, even on much colder days. The wash itself was pretty good, but I wish there was a way to resolve this, as now I'll have to pay to get this fixed so the cracks don't expand. Beware, especially if you have any custom parts, as their dryer might be a bit more rough than other car wash places in the area.

I was totally blown away by the wonderful job these folks did detailing my van. I have 2 dogs that I bring everywhere with me which mean my vehicle was filled, head to toe, with dog hair. My van never looked so good when I got it back....inside and out. I would highly recommend them for vehicle detailing!

This is the only car wash we’ve ever been to where our car actually comes out clean. There’s an attendant that does a pre wash and uses a brush on the back of your car and it makes all the difference. Reasonably priced and worth every penny, plus a tip!

I've been to 4 car washes in Chittenden county. This is my favorite. It is a very clean and well maintained business. I got a monthly pass for 29 dollars. Car comes out squeaky cleeaan 😁. Thank you Jesus 🙏

Go to this place regularly for washes & finally got my car detailed for the first time the other day. I am so impressed, my car was such a mess and they managed to really clean it up. I'm not sure if they're pricier than most other places but it was 325 for the full detailing. That being said I would pay it again in a heartbeat.

This place is normally very good. I often visit and am generally a happy customer. The owner is very responsible, conscientious and helpful. And I know it is hard to find employees. But when I went the other day and the employee screamed at me when I tried to indicate by pointing that I thought he had missed the bird droppings on my side-view mirror, I was quite taken aback. I realize that he probably has some personal issues and that his behavior had nothing really to do with me. But it was uncalled for, and disturbing enough to me that I felt I should note it.

I get my car detailed here about once a year. Easy to schedule, good pricing and they do a great job!! The car never has cleaner smells even though they wash carpet. Also, just really nice people.
