Please fix the pot hole in the entrance. I broke my bumper. I will take fault for it cost me 1000$ without out paint. Rare car. 2nd visit paid for a self car wash and it was out of soap. 3rd visit stopped to use the vacuum and it took my money and didn't work.

Great automatic wash, a technician came over and prewashed our pickup prior to going through

Nice car wash & they have oil change/ auto repair next door. The credit card reader did not work in the three stalls I tried. Bring quarters! They have hot water wash which is much more effective than cold. The “dual vacuums” have poor suction & do not remove dog hair at all. I tried the “Power Vac” that was close to the oil change building & it worked great.

Non of their credit/debit card systems work. I swiped my card like 20 times. Didn't work. Save yourself some time, DON'T COME HERE.

Usually busy but still good equipment to clean up my 4 wheel drive after a weekend romp in the hills. They have been out of spray soap the last 2 times I was there but normally all the options on the washer work well. Longest wait was maybe 20 minutes, so for a carwash, would definitely recommend.

I got the free car wash because I got an oil change with them as well. The people are super nice and friendly. I accidentally cut my finger on the rim of my vehicle while washing my car, and they were kind to give me a band-aid, a latex glove, and more time to finish rinsing my car. I'm not from around there but if I ever have the need for another oil change and car wash in Gresham, I'll certainly be back!

Great service with people who care about your vehicle and do not overcharge you. Once you get your oil change they do give you a free car wash. Lately my rear "brake lights" have been "out or not turning on" every time I take my vehicle even though those lights last more than a year. I guess everyone has to make money somehow right? Good to check that before going in. Overall they get the job done for you. They get really busy over the weekends.

I am a big fan of Scrubbys and the employees. High integrity, affordable and very personable. I went in for an oil change and he let me know I wasn’t due yet for the type of oil I use I still had months before I was due and my Honda Dealership sticker was set so people come back sooner, way sooner than needed. He topped off my fluids and tires just because and I will see him in a couple months. I recommend to everyone who is seeking the small business feel over corporate. Also they move quick I barely had to wait compared to other places.

This place is garbage, no water pressure most of the time to where you could barely even rinse the soap off of your car. Card readers never work. Most of the days are always broke down. There’s a bunch of people with buckets, handwashing, cars, and detailing in the bays. Don’t go to this place it’s not worth it. You’re better off washing your car at your house.

Went to wash my Tacoma and used the pressure washer first with soap and it was great, ht had good pressure. Yet when I used the brush with foam it came out blue and more liquid form then foamy after using it for a little I noticed the blue foam stained my shirt and not only my shirt but my body too my hands were covered in blue dye and wouldn’t come off by just spraying them down. I won’t be coming here again after talking to a work and didn’t offer anything only after I asked if I can wash my hands with soap somewhere. I wish I took photos of my hands I looked like blue man group

I don't know what had happened in the last year, but the quality of soap has completly gone down hill, you no longer see suds, it doesnt pull drit or road grime from the car you have to rely on the bruh for all of that, and those have become worn out and pressed and scratch the cars... i'm gonna find a new place to wash my cars going forward.

Simple place to wash about anything. Put your quarters in or swipe your card. I spent 6 bucks for my motor cycle and it was way too much time. It's a quiet part of town but just of halsey st. An easy place for Gresham, Fairview, and Troutdale residents. I will use it again.

The self car wash options are pretty bad. The price seems fair at first, however the spray loses all water pressure for about half of the time you pay for, and when switching from water to any of the cleaning solution/wax options it can take over a full minute for the switch to take effect. You end up paying 2-3x as much as you would if it worked properly, and in the end it ends up costing as much as paying for the automatic wash (and sometimes more). In addition to this the facilities are poorly maintained, with damaged switches, and overflowing trash bins, being a regular occurrence. There are better options in the area, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this self wash if at all possible.

Don't waste your money or time. Only one bay accepted cards, and since that was taken by someone using quarters, I tried to use another and it just stole my money. When they do work, the blue chemical stains hands, clothes, etc. The vacuums have never worked for me. I wonder how much free money they make every year from quarters that get stuck in the machines when they don't start. What a scam! This is the worst car wash around and only went out of necessity this time and still left without the service I paid for. Don't give the neglectful business owners any more money, they clearly don't appreciate it.

I'm just glad there's a place to wash my truck since I can't go though regular car washes. I wish there were better soap options but beggers can't be choosers

This is the only place I take my cars to get oil changes. I been going here for the past 10yrs. I have gone to other places and most are rip off and up sell. Not here. Great techs and honest people. Plus with every oil change they vacuum the car plus a free car wash coupon I like that a lot too. 7-23-2024 I just bought a ford ranger and had someone do the oil change before i took it in here back here for the first time. Now i am doing the oil change myself. To my surprise they over driven the oil bolt. Why you asked be they used a Heli-Coil to drill a new tread with OUT informing me. Now the metal shards are broken and i cannot bolt on a new one. My only option now is to buy a new oil pan. From now on i will not be going back again ever. After so many year of going here with many fleet cars and this pulled this. Im really upset. Repair to do a new oil requires lift engine and 8hrs of labor. What a nightmare.

We came in for an oil change and appreciate that the service was prompt, friendly, affordable with no attempt to upsell us on anything we didn't need, which is often the norm for similar places. They even gave us a free car wash coupon. When ice storms kept us from using it in time, they reissued the coupon and did a bang-up job. They also happily showed us how to check the transmission fluid ourselves, when our car's manual said "bring to dealer." Good folks.

Used the self wash, it took a few tries taking my card, but worked in the end. There are 3 vacuums, but only one with a hose, and working. Quite a bit of trash in the stalls, but the car got a bath and was able to vacuum. So got the job done. There is an automatic car wash here as well.

Don't waste your hard earned money $$$ Each photo is of each brush at every wash bay. It's in a nice area and shopping. But the brushes are extremely horrible. Worst brushes I've ever seen. Car washes are better even in the not so great parts of Portland.
