Just wanted to let others know about the great customer service offered today on10/29/2024. When I approached the entrance and tried pulling up my car wash on my phone which is a flip phone, I struggled trying to get the link to open. The attendant, I believe his name was Mike, was very patient with me and we laughed at how I still have a flip phone. The time was mid afternoon and he allowed me to go through seeing that I did have it. He also sprayed my car prior and pushed in my side mirrors as my car was filthy from my drive to and from Texas this last week. Everything was perfect, I will be back. Thank you for such a pleasant employee and great car wash.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. My car was very clean and I was extremely satisfied. Plenty of clean towels and vacuums worked great. The only downside is it rained shortly after now I need another wash. I'll definitely visit them again!

I had an excellent experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, and they did an outstanding job cleaning my car. What stood out the most were the vacuum cleaners – they were incredibly powerful and left my car spotless inside. The attention to detail and the overall service were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality car wash!

I don’t usually write reviews about car wash shops, but I was seriously impressed by the water pressure here at Scrubbie’s car wash. My car was left sparkling clean! I signed up for the monthly plan but every time I washed my car they charged my card $10. I only gave them my card one time but once they have your # they can repeatedly charge the card over and over. I asked for a refund but never received it but they continued to charge my card weekly for $10. The final straw was when the charged me $29.99 for a service I cancelled. I had to charge back with my bank and get a new card to make them stop. 1 star is 1 too many for this company. They are theives!

Paid for their best service at $19.00. My car was left wet, water spots. My car looks dirty than before. No wet towels to wipe inside of my car. I chose to come here cuz of their 4.9 stars. Never again!
