I Googled "Brushless carwash while in Arcadia Crossing, and this came up. First of all, its NOT brushless! I got the supreme/ best whatever. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on my hood and driver's door! This is a 2025!!!! Beware!!!

I was a member of the monthly plan and used this location weekly. Whenever I was my car, I inspect my vehicle when I get home to make sure that there were no new scratches. This morning, went over my car with quick detailer after the wash and noticed that I had three scratches. Two are photographed below and the other involved paint sheered off the edge of my drivers side rocker panel at the same level as the wheel scratch. I will not use Clean Frank going forward.

Used to be a big fan of this car wash, was once pass holder, cancelled that once service went down. Went in today for an express was and it's only 6:25 and tunnel is completely dark. Way to show your customers good service, I understand that site closes at 7 O'clock but come on!

Never been to this location and canceled my membership at 59rh and bell they continue to charge my card. Managers will not help I want my refund this company is horrible

Very convenient car wash located off the freeway and main road, plus right next to a gas station. I prefer this semi-self service type of establishment. The attendant was helpful and friendly. Wash was good and car was clean. I will patron here again when I am in the area and need a wash.

This isn’t my first time at a Clean Freak but it was at this particular location. The complex offers a lot of space and the staff member was friendly. This was the first location I’ve been to where there’s ample space to make turns (I have a truck so this is indeed helpful). Unfortunately I don’t live in this part of town but it’s still a good location nonetheless. Thank you!

The bugs from the front bumper didn't come out after the 15 bucks wash. Valentino, the attendant, happily helped me apply bug prep to the bumper and tires and ran me through the wash again and it was so much better. He also hooked me up with a discount for my next visit. The free vacuums and air hoses are great as well. The service was great.

Paid 20 dollars and it's like our car was never washed. The dryers dry very minimaly. We keep coming back to this car wash because it's so close to home but everytime it's just as bad if not worse

No restrooms. Employees are rude . Air compressor is terrible, almost no power to blow the dust out of the car. Bad in every possible way that you can imagine. 👎👎👎👎👎

I brought my Tesla Model 3 to the car wash on Thursday (8/3/23) afternoon and purchased a basic auto car wash. During the car wash the machine hit the top of my car causing a crack over a foot long in the top portion of my front windshield. I drove around to the front and reported the damage to the female manager. She took pics of my car and gave me paperwork to fill out. She then brought out another manager (Craig Thiesse) who tried to say that the crack was due to a previous rock chip. When I asked him to point out the chip (because there wasn’t one) he mentioned something about the heat and cold water could crack the windshield and that they were not responsible for the crack. He gave me his name and email address after I asked for his contact info, but said that they did not have a phone number for the company. He then handed me back the “paperwork” that I filled out. I said that I wanted to file a damage claim with their office and he said they could make a copy, but that I would need to take it up with my insurance. I’m not sure if her made a copy, but basically just dismissed me to leave. I will not be going back to this car wash and I do not recommend anyone else using it unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle.

My husband has the monthly unlimited car wash pass and goes a few times a week to different locations. This location is awesome!!! And is becoming a favorite. It has a longer tunnel than the one on Southern/McClintock. And my husband thinks it has better brushes. It's such a fun experience with the different colored lights. And it does a great job washing the car. Plus, FREE vacuums!!! What's not to love?

I saw that they replied. This car is washed every week and this scratch absolutely happened here. Car was scratched. Unbelievably bad car wash. Surprised with any of the good reviews.

Its a car wash that doubles as an amusement park ride 😅 This place was neat , you drive your car onto an automated track and it takes you for a ride thru the suds. My truck came out clean , all the staff was friendly & helpful. Free self serve vacumes & air blower at the end . Ignore any petty complaints . I like it 👍
