Such an awesome car wash. First time here and someone came over as I drove in, smiled and "greeted" me, then explained all the services/prices. Will never go here again! Waited 2 hours even though I was there when they opened and only 2 cars ahead of me. Then as soon I get home I noticed damage to my passenger side bumper. This happened today. Of course there is no manager onsite and they did not do anything. My car is brand new, literally a few months old. Ridiculous. I did see a few staff members around my vehicle, but I just thought the head lady was explaining what wash I bought and what needed to be done. I am sure this will come out of my pocket and not theirs. I do not recommend!

Very impressed by this car wash. I bought my car used a few months ago and only now had it washed. I chose the Platinum Plus deal ($45) because I had a flower pot accident (see pictures) and knew I wouldn’t be able to get all the soil out myself. When I drove in, I went up to the area that says “Welcome to Scrub Boys” and someone greeted me there. He asked which package I wanted by showing me a laminated paper that had all the levels and then said to leave my keys in the car. It took about 30 minutes for my car to get washed and dried. The folks at the car wash did an excellent job. I’m very impressed by their hard work. I recommend going early, especially during summer, because it gets way too hot during the afternoon. There is a nice seating area inside and out, and you can buy car fresheners (although you get a complimentary one if you get a package above Bronze) as well as snacks inside. Will definitely come again!

I paid 39.99 , the car was washed on the outside but still had spots they missed . I opened my car for and there were dirt spots that I knew it was there but they did not clean them. They cleaned my dashboard and door panels. The receipt said that the car was sopostu be waxed but did not smell waxed. Overall I’m no happy $40 to clean for panels and 4 windows and then give me the car back with the original stains I mean it’s just dirt . I’m not coming back , I even told the employee about it and he said they don’t wipe down seats. But I mean they leather just like the dash bard and the doors.. I’m very disappointed and it was not even busy. I pre paid because I taught it was easier to just pick up my car and go . Owner did answer ON Google buy did not call me back like I requested .lhe apologized but he did not offer to reclean my Car $40 of my Hard earned money will NOT GO HERE.

It is a car wash and wax, that they take the car and let us wait in a so smal place with few chairs for long time about one hour or more. They take a lmost 100 dollar to wash and wax it. I like how they done it but it not real good it is 89% clean.They have restroom their.

Busy busy place. They are always busy. Expect to wait a long time. It took two hours for my car. Two hours! I come here because I'm desperate. But yes, expect to wait a long time. Do come on a day you have time to waste. Other than that, they do a good job. I always get the silver wash that is 27.99. So they are expensive. The place looks beat up though. I think its time they upgrade a few things.

I paid $100. And they left my car dirty! NOT WORTH IT! I am beyond annoyed, the inside of my car is greasy and one of my cup holder placement things so that it doesn’t get dirty is gone! This place is not worth it! On top of it I was there for 2hours, I could have cleaned my car better in 2 hours! Disappointed to the max! Photos are from after my car was “detailed” smfh!!!!

These guys got a machine that washes the cars so all the employees focus on the detail instead of putting cars through the wash efficiently. 20 mins to go through a machine for 3 cars is wild.

I wash my car Toyota Prius at Scrub Boys Car Wash. When I drove to lot meet nice employee friendly, but wait time was 55 minutes. They washed nice outside and clean horrible inside. The reason why I give low review for car wash not because of the wait time, for the job they provide it. If you look at pictures and the job was done inside horrible.

Absolutely terrible job, I got the platinum plus package which was $49.99 and they left my cars interior super dirty (see photos) and oily. I messaged them addressing my concerns and I haven’t heard back from them. Overall, horrible customer service and even worse cleaning job.

Just a really careless and terrible car wash. Been there multiple times and they refuse to do a good job especially with interior. Aggressively sub par. Quick quack does a much better job and they also suck.

I paid extra to get the driver seat mat cleaned but it was still dirty and the carpet was not vacuumed properly. Overall staff is great here and this was my second time here. First visit left my truck spotless but this one was a poor job.

Sounds like people complain about the wait time and the cost on here a lot. I paid for the $199 package (full interior detail with seat and floor deep clean and basic exterior) because my car was seriously disgusting and I waited just under three hours (they told me that when I arrived, so it was not any surprise to me). They are very busy and are cleaning cars by hand, it’s going to take a long time! Just the reality of it. I’m surprised it didn’t take longer honestly. Due to my type of work and never having time to clean my car thoroughly, there was about 4+ years of dust, dirt, rocks, grass woven into the rugs, stains on the seats, and grime everywhere. It was embarrassing (should have taken before photos). But these guys made it look brand new again! I will try to bring it back before it gets that bad again. Thanks! Very impressed and worth the money in my opinion.

Such a great value for what you are getting, they even got the gunk out of the cup holders! Little things like crevices are clean! This was more than worth it and quick too! I have a FJ Cruiser. Yesterday I paid $25- just for a exterior wash. They did not touch the wheels at all. I didn’t ask for any tire dressing so they left the wheels dirty which really wasn’t dirty, just a light layer of grime. I had to ask them for a towel as they didn’t do a thorough job wiping the rest of the car. So after spending $25- on a car wash I had to come home and wash the wheels myself. Ridiculous! I’ll spend that money on gas next time and wash my vehicle myself.

The staff here are really nice, the prices are reasonable, and I appreciate that, but if you’re expecting the car to look like brand new when you buy the carpet/mat shampoo option, you’ll be disappointed. I just bought a used car with previous owner having a dog, and noted that’s what I was needing cleaned. I understand a lot of the hair is hard to get off but I still expected a bit better. It’s a long wait, but they provide seating so bring a book or work. And it’s a beautiful neighborhood. Go for a walk to get some steps, or walk down to a restaurant or retail Store.
