Seems to be a common theme where I stop by at 6 or 7pm on a Monday and they have only 2 cashiers open with lines backing into the aisles. Other employees don’t step in. They don’t seem to be concerned about the fact that people are standing there for 10 minutes trying to pay for their groceries.

I have been to all the Save Marts in isalia, CA. This Save Mart on Goshen is a clean and well stock store. The fruit is fresh and vegetables looks so good you can't wait to eat it. Everything here is picture perfect and it make you want to shop her all the time even if you have to go out of your way. The people are nice here too and willing to help you to your car if needed. We need more stores like this one. I almost forgot the fried chicken is seasoned with perfection. To me it's better than KFC and POPEYES CHICKEN.

The produce and the store are great. The only problem I have is the customer service at check out. Used to be great pretty much all the time but it has steadily decreased in the last several years. Today was the worst as the person at the check out made me feel like I was bothering him.

Save Mart is a great grocery store! The aisles are clean, the shelves are always stocked, and the prices are good. The employees are friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually fast. It’s a great place to shop for fresh food and everyday essentials!

SaveMart management seems to be eliminating the full service bakery and the full fish/meat counter from what I hear I know that I pay more for shopping here, but I like the personal service options --- which seem to be going away. If I want to save every penny, I can go to WinnCo.

Always courteous friendly and professional. Been coming to SM store on Goshen in Visalia for three years and I actually look forward to it. As a senior handicapped person I use the electric carts as a necessity. I would greatly appreciate you good folks giving some attention to the carts as they are pretty worn out. Today one of only two was out of order and the other one was in desperate need of a charging. I believe just two carts are two too short and upgrades are seriously needed. I realize they are expensive, and valuable, like SENIORS. Thank you for your kind consideration to this matter. John Carville, Visalia.

Only 1 or 2 employees are good others behave so rude and whenever I ask for any product they are like I don’t know where it is. One working in prepared food said I am not going to help you with every shopping which was way too rude. One cashier reply so rudely with making facing. Horrible.

Goshen store: Overpriced. Employees look unhappy and on several occasions the misogynist male cashiers have demonstrated rude obnoxious attitude towards women. Never shopping at the Goshen store again. The Noble store is much better.

Really enjoyed this location. Some cashiers are better than others. However I tried to call 3 times with a question and never had someone pick up. After a few rings it would transfer me to a different department and then rang again. Did that loop 3 times through every department. Not one department could answer the phone? Why list a phone number at all?

Save Mart, My daughter & I had came here to this Save Mart looking for some Italian sausages the New York brand (mild) they didn't have any for our "Italian Christmas Dinner Party" this year so she had gotten a couple of other things instead & so we were off & the hunt was still on! Thank You Save Mart & I used to bank here along time ago when they had a Union Bank back in the day & you would cared my favorite candy bar the U-NO Bar it's so hard to find these days! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s
