Card readers wouldn't work. Need tap to pay. Owner replied quickly about an Internet issue. (Not surprised that happened in Sanger. I will try again tomorrow and update my review.

Overpriced considering half the stuff doesnt work such as spot free etc. Owners seem to not care about the business anymore or the upkeep. The self service car wash in Krum is far supperior, cheaper, takes cards and is regularly maintained by the owners. This is the last time I will be using the Sanger car wash. Seriously try the Krum car wash or any other in Denton.

I went through the laser touch free wash and it stopped mid cycle. I called the phone number on the receipt and he sent me two codes for a free washes within minutes! Awesome customer service and cleans your car well.

This was a nice place to wash your car. Now it has a new owner and it has fallen to poor maybe terrible place to use. Most selections in wash bays are out or do not work. Two of the four bays have been out of service maybe 4 months or so. Find somewhere else to was your car.

One bay didn’t have hoses, one was cordoned off, one was being used & had a line, and the one I tried to use was barely leaking soap out even when squeezing the trigger. So I had to sit there until the timer ran out so no one else could use my card. Money well wasted. And no, I don’t use automated car washes.

Paid $12.00 for the full deal automatic car wash. Brushes did not clean tailgate area about 3' on each side of center. Front rim cleaning was not done well and I am not just talking the crevices but the face of the rims. Rear wheels looked better. Now. I will have to clean my truck where the car washed missed.I think for a few less dollars, Buccees in Denton does a better job and they dress the tires and includes free DIY vacuum. I have lost money in the automatic car wash here but was needing quick wash before heading to work.

This car wash used to be a complete eyesore. The grass was knee-high, the drive-through wash was broken, and trash was scattered up and down the street. Oncethe new owner bought this place and fixed it up it is now the best car wash in town. Everything works great, and the property is well maintained.

Wands are broken, cash bank broken in one of wash bays, the auto wash doesn’t work correctly. This place is a last resort to clean your car, make the drive to university in Denton because it works and cleans your car much better. Disgrace of a car wash for Sanger, matches the city streets. Aug 12, 2023….car wash drive through with brushes is broken again. This place needs new management! Sept 3, 2023…4 bays to wash with wands and only 1 of them has wands, 3 bays are all broken. This place is a joke!

The self serve bay I was in was pretty poor, I used $8 and the lack of soap in the bay did nothing to clean my truck. Went in to the nontouchless auto paid the $12 for the top notch wash and it did a pretty good job taking off what the self serve bay didn't. I'll know next time to save the first $8

Today I brought my GLK250 Mercedes in for a wash. This is one of the worst self service car washes I've been to. I used the stall furthest east. 'Presoak' didn't work, meaning switching the button to that setting elicited no response. The same thing occurred with the 'Bug Off'. 'Tire Cleaner' setting came out like a pathetic drizzle. 'High Pressure Wash' was fine and had soap. The foam brush was utterly pathetic coming out in slow little burps in a nearly negligible amount. The tri foam protectant didnt work. 'Wax' was a rip-off as it was obvious there was no wax cleaner available, and if so, it was surely being choked so that very little could be used. The clear coat protectant setting seemed the same as the high pressure setting and the setting. I'm very disappointed with my first experience here and resultantly I will not return here. With the above-mentioned it is apparent the owners do not care to maintain their business as half the functions available either didn't work or severely underperformed.

Half the stalls are inoperable. Spent $6 on the basic touch less and it left my car covered in soap and didn't even finish rinse cycle. Waited 30 minutes for one of the only two open bays to wash the soap off my car in 40 degree weather. Get it together

I don't go here that often. But it's a great place if you want to wash your car yourself. I had a membership at a different car wash but it wasn't getting my SUV clean and it nearly broke my side mirror off. SO I cancelled my car wash membership and I only go to three different self service car washes in Denton and Sanger they're only a few minutes away less than 10 minutes. So this one is right off freeway and it's PERFECT! Very clean, the devices work, it's a good value. It helps me keep my car looking nicely and I like washing my car.

First time here & everything but the foam gun was perfect! Foam took about a minute to start properly & kept stopping periodically for several seconds, but I’ve also never used it before so not sure if that’s just how the product works. Either way, loved it & will be coming back 👍🏻

This car wash has gone down. Appears to be neglected regarding maintenance. I've avoided going to it for several months due to this issue. I went today, and nothing has changed. It's very unfortunate because Sanger needs a good car wash, as this one once was.

Who runs this place? The Turbo vacs are all missing from the bays...the spot free rinse was just a trickle and I was only there for about 5 minutes and a cost over $10.... there's nowhere where it shows how much the self serve car wash is..rip off..what does one expect for a small town! 6/2/25 ---no soap...dilapidated...run down...who owns this business?

$10 dollar card hold for $1.50/3 minutes of time, and when you try to continue before time runs out, it won't let you, so you waste 30 seconds or more of your 3 minutes... The charges for 3 minutes eventually settle to $1.50 on your card account after a few days, but do you get another $10 hold if you have to start over again because the machine won't let you continue?? No signs posted with current prices and instructions anywhere. Machines won't take cash. 3 of 6 bays are down including the two touchless bays. Avoid the hassle and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I love they have a brush free automatic wash and it’s very thorough and much cheaper than the one by my house by about half. I always stop here when I’m on my way home from Oklahoma.

Do not use the brushless wash. I talked to the owner after I drove out, and he saw the crappy job his junk did. He said nothing. It is a ripoff! That is bird crap on the door. And the side boards are dirty. See the crap on the tailgate. Same on the sides. Obviously, the owner has no integrity since he saw the crappy job while we were talking. When I got home, I saw the pathetic job. He just stood there. I tried it again today, after he installed a new unit. DO NOT USE!!! Still a rip off. I spent $15 for the premium wash. The dirt was not removed on driver side. The polish, surface protector, spot-free rinse, and air dry only went down passenger side. This owner does not care what type of crap he is vending. I believe he is engaging in fraud.

It's a two star. Look at the other reviews. Same bird crap $15 later.
