This is an outstanding vehicle wash. It does great on my full size truck. I usually wash it myself but I'm finding it to be too time consuming. Sam's is ceramic coat friendly which is a #1 importance since my truck is ceramic coated. I also love the fact that it's not a huge chain car wash. Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

This car wash is a very welcome addition to the area. Even when there are a handful of other car wash options in Frederick, if I want my money's worth for a great wash I would come back here. From my experience, this car wash does what others in the area don’t do, and that is get the car totally clean right and the first time. With my “The Works” wash, there was no need to towel the rims and other spots that competitors miss, and spots were nonexistent, even under the wipers. They have an area to vacuum and towel the cars, and found that I didn’t need to towel the exterior of the car because the wash and dry went so well. It’s great because it’s also new and up to date. The vacuums are powerful and not clogged, and for now, it’s very chill here compared to the other washes nearby that have been around here longer. Very good and happy staff for a new location!

Worst car wash I ever got. I went to wash off the snow and came out with snow and soap streaks that did not get washed off. I paid $20 for my car to come out worse than it went in. Staff who ran the actual wash didn’t speak to me didn’t give any instructions just waved me through with an attitude!

do not come here if you want your vehicle damage. the back headlight of my vehicle was broken by their machine came to make an incident report and they said my headlight had prior damages that they wouldnt provide me with a report. i insisted that the appropriate party would make a determination whether it was prior damage or not and not just a mere employee. Im being quoted $500 to fix my headlight!!!!

I live in MoCo but go out of my way to Frederick just to wash my car at Sam’s. There’s always someone friendly to help you at the booth, if you don’t have a membership the staff are knowledgeable and helpful when recommending the wash you should get based on your needs. After the wash they have multiple bays for vacuuming (for FREE) plus towels, compressed air, little area to hang your mats and even cleaner to get the full job done. I truly appreciate these extras, all other washes I’ve been to (fusion, car spa, etc.) simply do not compare or have these features for free. Their memberships are very affordable and you truly get the value for your money. I recommend it over any and all other car washes. Plus you get your first wash for free!

TERRIBLE!!!! My wind guard was broken and not replaced! They said my claim was denied! GO TO THE LUBE CENTER!!!! They at least replace items that were broken because of their car wash machines.. DONT GO TO SAMS CAR WASH!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Use other thorough car washes in Frederick.

I stopped in here because I needed to use a vacuum, but I had to purchase a car wash in order to do so. The service was good and the vacuums worked well, and it was nice that they had clean towels and multi-purpose spray. HOWEVER, after the car wash, I noticed that the paint on my car now has chips in a bunch of random spots. I've always kept my car in great condition, and I didn't even need the car wash, so it's extremely frustrating that this happened.

Great experience here. I was greeted warmly by an employee who asked if it was my first time there or not and he told me about the options and memberships. He was very friendly. I went through the wash which looked very well maintained and clean. I was in a rush but I stopped really quick to vacuum and there were plenty of clean towels, a spray with cleaner, mat cleaner and more. Unlike some other similar competitors, what I appreciated here was how clean and organized everything look and how nice the people were. It wasn't crowded and the trash bins weren't overflowing. My car came out looking great! I will definitely be back! ** If your car is filthy and clearly hasn't been washed in awhile, don't expect ANY quick car wash to get it looking absolutely perfect on one pass. Be reasonable with your expectations.

This is a great car wash located a little ways from the hustle and bustle of Buckeysrown Pike so it's not super busy which works great! Everytime I go there BRI is waiting with a smile to greet you and help you Pick the right wash for your needs. The line guys and girls are thorough in pressure washing your vehicle before it goes into the wash to help get those tough spots off. The wash rack is not to fast and not too slow and at the end it gives your vehicle enough time to dry off. Vaccums are free to use afterwards which helps you clean out your interior along with a car mat wash station. I will be back. Prices are reasonable!!!

Very patient staff members as well as very helpful. One young man even tried going through my texts on my phone to help retrieve a coupon for a free wash that I accidently erased. He definitely did not have to do that. I also like the mat cleaners, how conveniently located the vacuums are, and of course my favorite the Lil air blower tool. Positive experience and very pleased. I will use this car wash throughout the summer. Thank you again for the free car wash u sent me through text. Much needed as well as much appreciated!!
