Bad experience here today , came to wash my truck , after inserting $20 to wash my truck , sprayed it down and when I turned it to the wash brush no soap came out , scrubbed my tires then just sprayed my truck off , usually a good place to come to

I have always used this car wash from the time I discovered it. I do not know who the owner is, but they know their stuff when it comes to business and keeping a business and keeping it going. You can always tell which business owner puts money back into their business to keep the quality high, which keeps the money coming, It's so simple but you would be surprised how many business owners will not do that and just drive themselves into the ground and the business they worked so hard for. But not this owner. I can tell whoever it is takes great care and respect for what he or she owns, and I will not go anywhere else. Been going there for years. It's always clean, and everything is in good repair and in good working order.... just like they run the Sam's coin laundry right next to the car wash.

I like the car wash as it is on my way home.Today it took 10 dollars off of two different cards I tried,not one drop of water.I hope the charges drop off or it will be my last trip.Now I have a preauthoization for 15.00 today.I never got any service from this car wash. It took money from two cards but never worked.

Nice clean car wash!! One of the stalls had taken 1.00$ from us. I called the owner and he was on his way to the car wash anyway, once he got there he looked at the coin machine, fixed it, gave us our money back as well as a free wash! Whenever we come thru Conway this is the car wash we use. Thank you Sam for your prompt and courteous service!! Keep up the good work👍👍And thanks again for your prompt attention with our situation.

This is my go to car wash! It's literally around the corner! I just got back in town after 3 months, went to wash my car & there are cones blocking the automatic car wash, so I did the self serve one. I DON'T like it! I don't want to work that hard!😂 I just want to pull in & pull out! I hope that's temporarily unavailable?! All that reading & changing cycles was annoying. I paid the same $10 & no free token for vacuum.

Love the low $2 charge. Gives me enough time to rinse and spray wax my truck. All I need to do is wipe it down. Looks great !
