Very unprofessional yes they will steal out of ur car they stole mine and they have a thing going on where you can make appointments but when I called to make a appointment they told me they don't do appointments so I pulled up on the lot today like at 7:30a.m cause I know the open up at 9a.m one of the workers pulls up at 8:00 and tells me they have two appointments in front of me and another two are on the way unprofessional they need to make their car wash for people they only know

I thought this was a professional place have use them several times I drive from west county to this place went there this morning 11am drop my truck off the older gentleman said 1 to 2 hours call at 1:30pm to see if my car was ready the older gent said no he had appointments that needed to be done I Waited til 3pm to go get got there it’s still not wash after 4 freaking hours I ask the older gentleman but at that time he could not tell me Steve replied the cars was dirty than usually an more time was needed but the olde gent said at 1 it was appointments so which one was it then Steve had the nerve to ask me to wait another 10 minutes he could get to me are u serious after 4 hours very inconsiderate no apology an very arrogant will never go there ever again an was late for work after all this an still did not get my car wash what a wasted day

This is my second time and the older gentleman is very professional with his job and does a great job. I am a business woman and come down from my office to get the car wash. The neighborhood is sketchy, as I was about to pull in the garage a young man approached me and accused me of looking at him. I was able to de escalate the situation and assure him I know nothing about him or his neighborhood. That is the only reason I might not come back, but I love the craftsmanship.
