My car was MESSED UP, I mean gross. I spilled soup back when the city's water had gone out and did my best to clean it, but it had already seeped through the carpet and started to smell. These guys took out the seats, replaced the padding, cleaned the carpet, everything. Absolutely flawless work, all done in a single day. Thank you so much to Mario and his guys, I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic job!! If you are looking for a place to get your car detailed, this is the spot for sure!! Just got my car detailed and exterior cleaned today and I’m in absolute awww of their work. I’m a first time customer and Mario and his team did an impeccable job! My car looks like it just came off the show room floor! This was my first time getting my car detailed at RVA Auto detailing and was worth every penny. I’m a very picky person by nature and they met every expectation I had. Their detail and customer service was spot on. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I was searching for a reliable service to address a few issues with my newly purchased car when I stumbled upon RVA Auto Detail. After reading some positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Mario, and I was immediately impressed by his friendly and professional demeanor. Despite feeling a bit nervous about discussing the problems with my car, he put me at ease with his knowledge and understanding. When I brought my car in, I detailed the specific issues I was facing: there was a noticeable cut on the upholstery of the front driver's seat that needed repairing, as well as a scar on the front bumper that detracted from the car’s appearance. Additionally, there were several minor scratches and imperfections on the sides and other areas of the vehicle that required attention. Mario and his team reassured me that they would handle everything with great care. They understood my nerves and made it clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority. I was truly amazed at how attentive they were to my needs. Beyond just fixing these issues, they took the extra step of washing and detailing the entire exterior of my car, which made a world of difference. They promised me that my car would be ready by Tuesday morning, and they kept their word. When I received the call saying, "Miss Angie, your car is ready," I was filled with excitement. I arrived to find my car looking as good as new – everything was fixed impeccably. I couldn’t contain my joy and immediately expressed my gratitude to the team. My husband also shared my enthusiasm and was extremely impressed by the quality of the work. Thanks to RVA Auto Detail, I now have a reliable place to go for any future detailing needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend! I had about 1/2 gallon of milk leak/spill in the back seat of my car and it got into the carpet. I called several detail shops in and around Richmond, but felt like RVA Auto Detail would be the most accommodating in getting me in quickly (next day), they seemed knowledgeable about how to best tackle the situation, and I felt like their prices were fair. The service I received was incredibly thorough (they had to remove the carpet, replace the pads that had already started to mold in just four days), they were very kind/easy to work with, explained everything that was going to need to happen before they did the work, and returned my car looking like new. I was a little nervous it may not look as crisp as when you get it from a dealership, but it looked identical to how I brought it in (sans spill and the curdling milk smell). Great experience. Will be going back to have them detail the outside of my car as well. Photos: Milk curdling in the padding they removed. The slices in the carpet that you see or how it came from the manufacturer. I should’ve taken it before photo where you could see the stains of the milk, but forgot; but you can see it looks just like new!

I called RVA Auto Detail shortly after they opened this morning and got put through to their voicemail, but I’m an anxious s.o.b. so I hung up without leaving a message. Mario must have seen the missed call and gave me a ring back. It was a long shot, but I was looking for a same day appointment. Last minute birthday gift for my husband. Mario said, no problem, drop it off now and it’ll be ready by 5, but we had reservations at 5. Mario said, no problem, it will be done by 4:30. At 4:18pm he called to let me know it was ready for pick up. When I tell you our jaws dropped when we pulled up and saw how sparkling clean his car was, I am not kidding. The interior was no different. You can peep my husband’s smiling face in the photos I posted if you don’t believe me. So grateful to have found a place to bring our cars to regularly. Mario and his family offered attention to detail that left my husband’s car looking newer than it did the day he bought it!

Mario and his team took a 13 year old full-sized wheelchair conversion van that was covered in tree sap and scuffs and made it look like a brand new van inside and out! I seriously did not recognize it when I went to pick it up. Not only does it look like new but the team took great care with the hand controls and wheelchair lift related equipment. Well worth every penny!

My dad is a heavy smoker and went through a rough patch where he was living out of his car for a little bit. I honestly didn’t think the car could be salvaged. The people at RVA Auto Detail did such a fantastic job I can’t even begin to express how blown away we were. They shampooed the seats multiple times, removed ash from every crack, and did such a thorough deep clean that the car is almost unrecognizable. Somehow they even got the smell out! They were friendly and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I unexpectedly had a day off, and wanted to get my vehicle cleaned up. I knew it would be hard trying to find a place that could do it without a pre-scheduled appointment, but this shop did! I pulled up, a quick walk around was performed, and in less than 2 hours I had a spotless vehicle! I only had the exterior cleaned, but they offer a full range of services including interior. 10/10 service, and a very fair price. I can be hard to please, but they did an excellent job!

RVA Auto Detail was truly a great experience. Being my first experience with this company, I was a bit nervous, but Mario assured me he would take great care of me and that he did. My car had mold all in, and it had become pretty severe from the upholstery throughout the car. It was very concerning, and my insurance adjuster thought that I would have to total my vehicle. Mario saved my vehicle by restoring it thoroughly back to new. You can see the difference in my RAV4 from the start to finish. They really did go above and beyond expectations. Their professionalism was more than I expected. They were very transparent in everything that they did, from stripping the car bare to finding the leak, then fixing it and finally restoring it completely back in tact. I was truly pleased by the entire experience. Just a mindful tip if you use your credit card, it will cost you a $20 fee. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. If you need your cat detailed, this is the shop that I would recommend.
