Russo’s is fantastic. They have done excellent work on my Aunt’s old car when other places gave her the run around or a very high quote. So, when our car window (Kia) was smashed last week and we called around to dealerships and glass repair places, we were told waits for glass were a month or more. So, we called Russo’s, they had a new window in our car the same day, worked through our insurance, and even sent us home with a beautifully cleaned interior (it is so hard to get all those safety glass pieces up!). They provide excellent quality, prices and customer service. They will be our first call from now on!

I was hesitant going to a body shop as a young female, as I feel like they are always trying to trick me into spending more money. I was putting it off for a while, until I decided to just give Russo's a chance due to the positive reviews, and I've been very happy with my decision. They are very professional and pleasant and never try to trick you. I had a guy just a few weeks before trying to push me into spending $200 on brakes, and I was shocked because they were relatively new. I had Russo's look into it for me, and they reassured me that everything was fine. It is nice to find mechanics you can trust. They were priced fair, and did a great job with the body work as well.

Had a sound on my car I wanted to get checked out, as well as get an oil change and an inspection done. The nice woman I spoke to on the phone said I'd get charged 90$ for half an hour of labor to diagnose the cause of the sound. Same day I get a call from these guys with a big list of things wrong with the admittedly poorly maintained car, saying that I should scrap the whole car and charged me a full $180 for an hour of diagnosing things I never asked for. The very next day I took it to a different shop and it passed inspection with minimal work needing done, the mechanic there told me these guys were either incompetent or were more likely hoping I'd sell the car for scrap so they can turn it around and sell it. Either way I feel I was chumped out of nearly $200 and I was naive to trust the good reviews. Take your car to someone who isn't going to squeeze you.

Been patronizing Russo’s for 25 years+ when I worked downtown. Three years into retirement they are still my go-to for all things automotive. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Would recommend these folks to anyone who wants great work at a fair price.

Fair, transparent, fast, very friendly; exceptional work. Getting auto repairs can be nerve-wracking if you aren't knowledgeable, but the team at Russo's educated me in the process so I could make informed decisions. They sent detailed updates, photos, and price comparisons while assessing the damage and once they got to work, they were done faster than anticipated! I took my 1994 Vandura to Russo’s Auto Service in Buffalo for a pre-purchase inspection, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The team was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Jeff was especially helpful throughout the process. After purchasing the van, I decided to have the necessary work done with them, and it was the right choice. They were incredibly professional, willing to work on my old van, and even sourced hard-to-find parts that many shops wouldn’t bother with. The quality of their work was excellent, and I’ll definitely be taking my van here from now on.

This place is exceptional! My wife was traveling from Canada to Florida and the oil light came on as she was crossing the border and was almost empty. I called Russo's with my wife and young kids about 15 minutes away from their shop and after I explained the situation to the guy who picked up the phone at Russo's, he told me to just send them their way, he would take care of them. My wife pulled up, extremely stressed about having another 18 hours of driving ahead and the car engine blowing up any second (this was how she interpreted the situation with thanks to my 5 year old son googling "what happens when your oil runs out" and reading it to her). Within a few seconds, someone came out to meet her, said they were expecting her, added the oil, checked a few other things and assured her the car was completely ready for the drive ahead. They were kind, reassuring her the entire time, and even checked her windshield wiper fluid and added air to two of her tires and would not take any extra money. Who does this anymore?! Honestly, I am so blown away by their kindness and professionalism. My wife called me as she was pulling out of Russo's and shared that she felt like her big brothers worked there and were looking out for her. Even my kids were telling me about how nice everyone was! I wish we lived closer as there is no where else I would go! Thank you for being good people, the world needs more of you! I am truly grateful for you looking out for my wife and kids and just being wonderful human beings. I hope your families are looked after like you looked after mine, as a husband and father, it is the best feeling in these situations.

Recently after doing some research (including looking at the positive comments) I had my vehicle towed to Russo's after speaking with someone who worked there. Once my car got there, I was informed I would receive a callback once a mechanic did an inspection. This didn't occur because it was almost closing time, so I was told I would receive a call the next day with an assessment and a price quote. Well, the next day I waited and waited for most of the day for the promised call in vain. As a result, I went over to Russo's shop to find out what was going on. Much to my surprise, the guy I spoke to was extremely rude when I asked why he hadn't called back as if I dated to ask a "superior" a question. Then he quoted a starter job as being over $800 while become visibly angry when I questioned this price. In a VERY snarky tone, he did something that worked out for the best. He told me I needed to take my ride somewhere else. Here's how God works, I had my car towed to another place using my AAA membership, and had a great job done for less than half the price. So even though that nasty individual thought he was hurting me (for unknown reasons) things worked out even better for me. He told me with confidence that his shop only gets good comments. Well, no that is no longer the case. I intend to badmouth this place as often as I can. So, thanks for doing me a favor; I have another reputable place to take my car where the owner respects people like me.

I had some steering/tire issues and they were able to get me in quick for those repairs. The car was driving super smooth and then I unfortunately got side-swiped on the highway. I was able to call the shop and they were able to refer me to two towing companies and walked me through the accident process. Everyone was so kind and understanding throughout everything. Car was sent in and a week later, everything was done. THEY EVEN DETAILED IT!! So grateful to have found this shop and I will definitely be returning for any future issues (hopefully not anytime soon). Can't recommend them enough!
