Don’t like leaving bad reviews but is just so frustrating. My dad took my Camaro to go get washed at this car wash on a Saturday. All my family takes their cars here and it was my 1st time taking my car. Once my car is ready I (the owner) go pick up my car and leave. Until Monday I throw away the plastic disposable floor mats they give you at the car wash. I notice my floor mats we all missing. I work in the med center and by the time I make it home the car wash is close. So my dad goes to the car wash and tells them about my car not having the floor mats. The lady there tells my dad that I ( the owner) took my car without the mats then the lady just hands my dad some random mats that are not even the same brand as my car, those mats she gave him said Infiniti. At this point I got so upset because now they were saying my car never had the floor mats when “I “ took my car when i was not even the one that dropped it off it was my dad. And my car did have the floor mats! I get in touch in the owner (Ricardo) and tell him what happen he then tells me to stop by on Tuesday after work. Is Tuesday and I get to the car wash and the car wash is close! No one is there. I call the owner again telling him I’m here and he tells me they had to close the car wash early. He then tells me not to worry about it that he spoke with his staff about what happen and said if he can’t find my floor mats then he will be responsible and order new ones. He said he had 3 Camaros that same day I took my car and he thinks his staff that was washing my car probably but my floor mats on another Camaro . He then tells me to stop by Saturday. I go back Saturday and the car wash is close! I txt him to let him know I was there and not txt back. It’s been almost 4 weeks and now he is not even responding to my text messages. Is so frustrating! Now I have to spend almost $200 on my floor mats. So if anyone is planning on taking your vehicle here make sure you take out your floor mats if not you will never see them again. My family and I will be now taking our vehicles somewhere else more professional!

On 11/01/23 I took my Company van which is a 15 passenger van to get washed and vacuumed on the inside. The old guy that was there told me that it would be $50 and it would be 2-1/2 to 3 hours. I said that was fine. The attendant asked if I would be waiting. I said that I would wait. I asked the attendant why it would take the 2-1/2 to 3 hours and he said that he was the only one there cleaning the vehicles. The attendant called someone on the phone who was supposed to be” the owner.” The owner told me that it would be $65 not $50 and it would be about 3 hours. The attendant nor the owner said that there were any other vehicles ahead of my van. The company usual pay $90 to get the van washed and vacuumed on the inside. I leave the van to be cleaned at 10:45. When I return at 1 o’clock the van had not been touched. When I asked why the van wasn’t ready. I was told that there were two vehicles ahead of my van. The owner told me that he could have it ready in 45 minutes after I waited 2+ hours on it. I took my keys got in my van and left. I won’t go back. I would have had my van in there weekly

I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago. They explained everything about the service they would be doing. They even showed me example pictures of their previous work for other vehicles. I am very happy with the results, attention and service. I look forward to doing more business with this company. I will recommend to anyone, friends and family.

The costumer service was on point, but the job maaaan I was able to remove the dirt with my finger, all my windows were stained, I ask for no grease on the seats and they put extra grease conditioner, the exterior was really bad, drops of water and the mirrors on the side all dirty, I don’t know why I didn’t see it right away and I paid $60 for nothing never coming back please check you vehicle really good before leaving the place

Was very impressed with the quality work that they provided, we had our vehicle deep shampoo after it was flooded and I must say now it feels and smells like a new car price was fair definitely coming back and bringing my two other vehicles to get worked on thank you Ricardo and your team🙌🙌🙌🙌
