Had an issue with 2 machines . I called the owner and he apologized and offered money back and a free carpet shampoo wash 😁 after being frustrated it really made me smile and thankful for the quick response and quick way to fix the problem .

No soap in my stall. Won't be coming back. Best to try the car wash on sothmore. Looks like that owner cares about his clients

The vacuum pumps do not work. I tried three different ones and it just took my change. There is no one responsible in sight! Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Out of all self-serve carwashes this is by far the best.. it recently exchanged ownership and now the new owners have updated a lot of the machines.. I met the manager.. he was a great help!!!

The change machine stole $10 from me, the number on the machine is wrong, also the number on here is wrong. There is no way to call anyone for help so congrats they got away with robbing me. Should I call the police. Hmm bring your own change and make sure the machine works, half are broken

Well where do start,a week ago this past Sunday I went to monument car wash to clean up my SUV just like many times before and price had increased but it was ok because I liked there anyway but that the system did not give out soap but only through the brush and not the gun .today I went back to vacuum the inside of SUV and the machine took my money and the hose was full of Nails usually someone is around working but not today.I don't know if I'll be going back soon if at all.

Don’t go here This place is a robbery It takes your money I got robbed $3 go to BlueWave Car Wash on Southmore Ave or Spencer Hwy locations instead and it cleans better and it’s cheaper and free vacuums

This place SUCKS, the machine don't work and then i call the phone number and he answered me and then he came to see what was going on the soup wasn't coming out then idk what the hell he did and soup stared coming out i used my credit card then i check my account and they took out 10 dollars out of my account. When i didn't even used 5 dollars i call back and tell him to give me my money back then he starts to scriming at me!!!! He said the machines take out 10 dollars then money goes back to your account after few minutes after you're done!!!! I checked back and guess what no money back thats a robb

Do not recommend this place. I went through the drive through wash with my Lincoln Navigator. The stupid machine broke my left side mirror ! Completely!!! When calling the number listed on google . He insulted me and said I needed to learn how to drive and did not want to provide me with his insurance information. So aggravated !! The owner is a complete douche!!!

Messed up my passenger door and pulled up the panel and leaves lots of scratches on vehicle. Some girl who said she was the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Sent in picture and still havent heard anything back. Mr. Carwash is way better then this place.

Owners are so sweet. Have reimbursed me when drive thru car wash messed up on me. Change machine took my $10 bill and she didn’t hesitate to refund it. Been going there for months and vacuums work great too. Best car wash I been to

This place is falling apart it’s old! There automatic Car Wash doesn’t work it steals your money and there’s never anyone to assist you with service!!!!! There office is ALWAYS CLOSE and the guy detailing the cars can’t tell you prices nor located the manager! After, automatic car wash didn’t work I went over to manual car wash again I got robbed $2 and it had no liquid soap nor soap on brush so irritating. Again no one that can help me! I changed manual car wash for the 3rd time this one won’t announce the timer so it steals your money as well and not only that no power on the water gun and no soap!!! Horrible service so disappointed!!! DON’T WAISTED YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't come to this place is always nasty you try to pay with card and it only takes your money it charge 10 dollars you tell the attende and you don't get no respond they just take your money you guys know I'm fair and I look for service and the quality and this place don't have any of this so don't come here half of the machines don't work and the ones that do take your money really bad place with abandoned cars inside and really bad
