After attempting to call and reach out numerous times to inquire about potential fleet service for washing, not only were my calls left to ring, but they even picked up the phone and then hung up on me. I never even got to speak to an employee one time. On to the next. Edit: Of course your guys wouldn’t remember speaking to anyone about fleet services. Because they DIDN’T. As stated previously I called a dozen times over the span of days and never got an answer. All at different times. And the single time I got anything close to an answer it was someone picking up and hanging up the phone immediately. Silly reply from you guys. 🤦🏻♂️

I am the vacuum first carwash last type of person so I can go about my way after. In this place you cannot do that. I was approached twice about this and on the second time guy literally took the vacuum physically away from me. Will never return here.

So I purchased the best they had to offer 18.95$ or something like that, I feel like once the car is In the garage their is very little soap and cleaning product that is being utilized, I confirmed when I pulled out the car still has signs of heavy soil on it, and the drying left huge water spots on my hood, and two bumpers.I will rather utilize the ar wash on the corner of town and arrow in the city of pomona from now on, it's the same price and I'm sure they use more car care product on each wash, this is the second time I try this. Happy hunting, stay safe.

This carwash sucks. It doesn't clean all the dirt from your car, the dryer doesn't dry your car at all, and the vacuums suck. I Won't be returning

Just took my car for a quick clean this morning and I must say that I am satisfied 😊 Not sure if the man I spoke to was the owner, but he was incredibly nice! This was my first time going into an express car wash and I’m glad that I chose this location, as a good job was done. Another cool thing, there’s no timer on the vacuum! I’m someone who doesn’t like to be rushed, and I get overly anxious when I’m timed to do anything. It was calming to just vacuum away the accumulated beach sand from my car. I only had a few dollars on me, but I tipped the man who helped me out of appreciation. I will most definitely be coming back. Would definitely recommend!

I went in for my free V. I. P. Wash. It was my first time and it wasnt good started with the female that was attending the car wash she was not very friendly at all, In fact, she was kind of rude seemedas if she didnt want to be there. When I came out of the car wash I didn't feel that my car was completely cleaned and The brushes seemed old and There was no shine on my tires. I did like that they had towels you could use to dry your car off and the vacuums worked well. I won't be back. I use the one on town and arrow. Sorry I don't usually leave reviews but since your a new place you might want to know these things.

Not the best car wash, this place 's uses very little water to soak your car and very little soap to clean it. At the end of the wash The blower's aren't strong enough to dry your car completely. When you park your car the air nozzles/gun are too weak I tried using them to dry my car but to no avail. The only thing this place has going for it is the vacuums they are strong but that's not enough for me to come back. Would not recommend this car wash :(

Great customer service. The location is easy to get to and clean. The equipment (the precision blower and the vacuum) are great, really helpful to get into those hard to reach areas. The car likely could have gone in for a second round, I don’t feel like the cleaning brushes got every part of the back of the car. Overall it was a good experience. Also probably my o e of the more affordable services for monthly washes in town.

I arrived today in my truck with some PVC pipes strapped in the bed. Omar was on duty politely explained to me that I cannot enter the car wash with these items strapped inside the bed. I was about to leave when Omar offered to help unload the items and place them aside so I can get my truck washed. I really appreciate this. Omar went above and beyond what anyone else would do to help. Plus, the car wash was only $5. Today, there’s not too many places where you feel like you got your money’s worth. I definitely will return here again. Thank you!

I'm giving it a 3 because it does not clean your car very well. Im disappointed because i paid $25 for the monthly pass. Other then that customer service was great. The vacums are good and the blower is a plus. I love it because it gets the water in the cracks and its great for getting the water in my front grill. Im looking for another place that also has the blower. Any suggestions please let me know. Thank you in advance.

This was the worst carwash experience I’ve ever had. I’d give it 0 star if I could. The two attendants provided terrible service (the police were even called). I won’t be returning. The shoddy carwash system was also extremely disappointing.

Worst Carwash ever. Soap remained on the body, due to the rinse’s so poor . Carwash attendant said your vehicles problem. So nothing I can help you and call the Pomona police and refuse service. When you Carwash here, don’t complain to attendant. They will be call police.

Great customer service. Before I went in to the car wash, the employee hosed my car down. That was helpful. I got a great wash and it was quick. Great vacuums and a blower. Always plenty of space for everyone. I think I’ll be getting a monthly membership. I’ve gone 5 times and each time I’m happy with the service.
