Place is closed nobody there even though says 24 hours...if your on lunch put a sign up at least !!! Came in at 12am nobody came in at 3am nobody forget this place ... disappointing 👎

the cashier is very rude if you ask for the restroom, air pump use to be free, now the indi cashier ask for your gas receipt to turn the air pump

Not a 76 station... It's a VP something or another...and the cheapest gas around today. Since it was a 76 station, it has great structure, just no squeegees or paper.

Terrible pumps! Never had a problem anywhere else. Had to go to 4 pumps before one would work. First pump stopped at 44 cents and wouldn't start again. Awful experience!

Very expensive gas, but conveniently located just off 71 freeway. McDonalds on the same lot is nice to grab a drink quickly, especially the $1 any size drinks of the summer, while you're parched.

The staff here is racist and rude. Gas prices are high, place is dirty. Air pump doesn't work 90 percent of the time, they refuse to refund money eaten by air pump, give out wrong store number, and insist that air/water is not free.

Someone must of said something to the owners. . about the beautiful outfits the cashier wears now shes more miserabe wearing that ugly grey uniform. Today I forgot my wallet had a $1.30 when I told her my pump she did manage to motivate me by saying something inspirational I'm sure like have a good day... even if it didnt feel like it and sounded more like broke ..something something .... The air valve is damaged! Even if you turn it on the machine, and connect it to yourtire, it will not inflate. (Asap es la partecita que esta adentro de la valvula)

This place is horrible. I never really review many places, especially not a gas station but this blew my mind. First off, the pump stations were filthy and at the first pump I try I step in some sticky substance I cant identify. That pump happens to not be working after I already processed my card info. So, the next pump I go to seems to be working but in slow motion. It takes over 17 mins to fill my tank. I didnt know if I was at a gas station or ev charging station. Dont come here.

The new cashier is a hot mess and made me realize I may be too after what happened today. I say this because today, May 25, 2022 at around 10:30am PST I lost $46 to a confusion at the Gas station. Put $60 for gas, thought I put $46.01 according to the machine. Asked the cashier, she couldn't figure it out... so she must of just opened the cash register mannually to open it. The she asked me what the amount was for my change. Gave her a penny and told her $14 even. She said okay and gave me $14. As soon as I start the car, I noticed the tank is still empty. I went to another station right away and noticed there was no gas in my car. The lady is completely lost and last week she had another incident while I was waiting to pay, where she charged 2 different clients on one number at the same time. She didn't know what to do and told one to top at $40 and let the other customer pull up to use the last $10. I understand that people make mistakes and I'm the dummy that drove away from the gas station with an empty tank... still a customer if I get refunded my $46. Keep in mind that I did not return cause I was on my way to a few important stops. Also thought... what would she do? She would be even more lost. I'd rather have management contact me directly. Please keep in mind that there is evidence of this happening on your cameras. Update: went back to the station... she remembered my face but was completely lost and said she does not see any notifications or anything telling her there was $60 unused on station number 5. 🤷🏽♀️ told her ill just notify upper management and see if they cam check the cameras. She said ok. 😑

Horrible service by the very rude cashier(woman) who locked the station so that she could make a phone conversation, and eating. This happened at 20:00 pm on 01/06/2022. I was trying to get a package from the Amazon locker inside the store, but she refused to let me in. So I stared at her and refused to go. She told me to come back in 20 minutes. I refused. I was just trying to get my package quickly in what should be a 24hr of business operation. Btw, she did not even wearing mask (at first, I thought she did not let me in because of the mask thing. I did wear mask though). Clearly, this woman should never be in customer service business, or any business involving interaction with people.

Sad state of things. I stopped here and there was a homeless man. The store inside wouldn't allow him to buy anything, even though he had the money. I watched him ask several people outside if they would buy some things for him if he gave them money. And of course, like most people do, he was ignored. I walked up to him and asked him what he needed. He tried to hand me money... I told him I'd take care of it, not to worry about it. I went inside and tried to buy... the attendant asked if I was buying for him. I said yes, she said she wouldn't sell anything to me. I told her that homeless people are people too, and I felt it was the nice thing to do... and I didn't take his money. She refused and would not allow me to buy anything because there's a chance I was buying it for this homeless man. How awful has society become when we ban basic human decency?

My favorite calls me miss Lori and always has a kind word or some comment along with his very special smile that makes my day, thank you David. That's why I buy my fuel there or cigarettes. I often make a point just to be able to say hello to stop in for something .

Ordered McDonald’s in the morning, and the McDonald’s was packed. Parked on an open spot for about 10 minutes to pick up mobile order & my car was towed. I am aware that parking is limited in the Mac Donald’s, but someone’s car should not be towed for 10 minutes. The quote to pick up my car from the tow truck company is $475. Screw this place.

unclear signs for towing, owner sits and watches the cameras and calls the tow company the instant someone parks there. the parking lot is never full enough to stop business from happening regardless. they must have an arrangement with the tow company. scummy. do not give them your business.
