Workers are nice. When I ask them to do something extra to my car they are always happy to do it. I like the fact after they wash it, I can vacuum my own car.

purchased the $25 wash with tire and wheel polish. They literally spent less than 1 minute drying my car and applying tire and wheel polish. Then they walked away without saying they were done. I waited for 3-4 minutes before walking around the corner to find them detailing someone else's truck. I asked if they were done with my car and they said yes. I told them the wheels & tires didn't look good and he walked back over and spent 5 seconds wiping something on one of the front tires. I told them they should at least tell me when they are done and that I had a tip for them. He said he was sorry. I gave them the tip. When I got home and looked closer at my car - there is still a lot of spots that they didn't remove. Really sad wash job and tires and wheels look horrible.....I won't go back. I only tried them because my normal place, Express Hand Wash, had just closed. I won't go back to Romeo's and I don't recommend. Not the way you treat people. Wish I wouldn't have given them the $8 tip...they didn't deserve it.

Good car wash. The drier guys are very pleasant, friendly and did a great job. Change of opinion...I went there today. Not so great. No inside windows or dash cleaned and I had to go over outside to dry it and get all the bug junk off the windshield. It wasn't what I paid for. It was the end of the day..who knows why.

This place is amazing! My car looks better than when I first got it. They take great care of your vehicle and do very detailed work. Interior and exterior look amazing! The floors on my car were black when I went in, there was ash alllllll over the place cause I smoke in there. When they were done I could see the actual color of the floors and not a single ash anywhere to be seen. They even opened up compartments and cleaned in them!! Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you for you hard word!! Will definitely share with others!

They detailed our Toyota Sienna a month ago which was very dirty inside. My three children made it look like a mess, but these hard working people cleaned 🧼 it inside and outside like brand new. First time going here because I didn't want to spend the time drying like in other car washes. There were two guys that did a great job drying as well as hand brush washing and cleaning the inside windows. Definitely come back again. The only thing I had to do was vacuum inside which they provide.

Worse place ever.today I took my car there for detail. They charged me $43 and after waiting more than 45 minutes I got my car back and it was still dirty like before. They just vacuumed inside, that’s all. So many scratches and bruises on my paint now. Not recommended at all. Please avoid it at all cost.🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

I love this place I got my first car. All I have to say is.... WOW!! They always have awesome service and still do! I left the car wash feeling like I had a spanking brand new car!!! Thank you Romeo’s Car Wash for always exceeding my expectations, needs, and wants!!! ...This is my new car wash home!. For 30 bucks, they treated my car like it was priceless. When I pulled up I asked the guy what package would be the best to clean the inside of my car. It was pretty stanky and dusty in there. Gross. He said 30 bucks gets you interior cleaning, all the fun coating stuff on your car, vacuum and a scent. I was skeptical as Sidekick Big Bite had just had this car washed the month before at a different place and their idea of cleaning was different the interior was taking a dirty rag to everything. But in Romeo’s car wash they did it up real nice here. As well the stuff are super friendly good customer service, and they did an awesome job making sure all the stank and dust was gone. Like I said, this is my new car wash home. I really recommend this place for families and full time people to wash their cars here.

I recently paid $100 for a full detail at Romeo’s Car Wash Auto Detailing (195 N. 2nd Street, El Cajon), and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I expected a thorough interior and exterior detail, but when I picked up my car, it looked almost the same as when I brought it in. The inside didn’t seem to be cleaned beyond a quick wipe, and the outside looked like it was just rinsed with water rather than actually detailed. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a much higher level of care and attention. I left feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for. I really wish the service had met expectations, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t return.

Staff is super friendly and attentive. Tires turned out very nice! Price was a little high. 2 guys did it quick under 30 mins. Small things not done like cup holders not cleaned out and foot step up not cleaned as well as I’d like. Overall great experience and I will be back :)
