Got my windshield tinted. I'll have to return and update once it dries out. Service was great. Greeted as I walked in. I don't even know her name but the representative was super nice and helpful. Gave me her opinions and experience on the % she prefers since she had both. They were able to answer any questions I had about the tint. Big, clean lobby. They are busy as heck but they're able to keep everything professional. Update - although the customer service from the female is great, my windshield tint didn't turn out great. There were bubbles which I returned to get fixed. Then they kept telling me it was a great application but my passenger side had to many spots of "contamination" that I can see. Dave was offended that I wasn't happy with the results and went on to tell me about how long he's been in the tint business. He was willing to redo it but if it was worse then he wasn't going to fix it. I ended up opting for a refund and the removal of the tint to go elsewhere. So 2 stars for the customer service from the front desk employee.

Had a problem with my tint. No resolution offered. Just excuses. I fully expect them to write and say “we don’t see you in our records” as they routinely say for bad reviews. I find it curious this business has been around a long time. Why is it the only have just over 100 reviews. Answer,”. it’s obvious!! Too many other great places to get tint without attitude. Avoid this business.

I had the absolute best experience here! The lady at the front desk, Krista, was exceptionally courteous and they were very accommodating! I'd recommend this place highly! They have a super comfortable waiting area and the quality of their tinting is amazing. They have lots of options but they are not pushy at all and they got me in and out quick!

Worst place ever!!! scratch my glass on my brand new Honda back windows. The owner was rude and he was trying to say that the glass was already scratched. Then he pulled out a police badge he tried to intimidate me. Want to be cop. This place was nothing but problems. Go somewhere else for window tint.

Exceptional service. I had windows tinted on Honda CRV by Rocky Mountain Auto Works11 years ago. The rear window lately developed some bubbles and needed repair. I contacted the company and David (the company owner) found the original invoice 11 years old and fixed everything free of charge. Their service is definitely first class.

Fantastic speedy service, low price, AND a cute dog!! You can't lose! I needed tinting removed and got recommended this place by Maita Toyota and these guys got it removed in 30min! Let me start by saying Rocky Mountain auto Works is six stars! When I left, the man said, there may be some bubbles, but they’ll go away, ma’am, there were no bubbles ever. This is the best window tint application I’ve ever had on a vehicle I highly recommend Rocky Mountain auto Works. If you can afford the ceramic tint, it’s definitely worth the money.

About 14 years ago they tinted my van's windows, and their work has held up like new. I had to go back for some clear door guard on another car, which is where my insurance body repair shop recommended. I was surprised that they now offered much more that just window tinting, so I scheduled to get my van done. The Sprinter Van has 280k miles on it and really hadn't been detailed, at least as well as they did it. Window hard spots gone, seat stains, gone, headlights cleared, wheels couldn't look better, engine great, and everything else you'd expect. Couldn't be happier, and it was done in reasonable about of time and price. Feb 6,2026 Van now has around 365k miles and Rocky Mountain continues to provide great service. Went in for a wash and wax and it looks as good as new.
