I am a monthly subscription member at this car wash. I cancelled a monthly membership at another car wash and switched to Rocket. I even upgraded my subscription here as well. I like pretty much everything here except one thing that does irritate me. The micro-fiber cloths that are set out for drying your car are always WET. I wish they would throw them in a dryer and dry them out before putting them out for use. I know there is some that say you need lubricant for drying a car with a microfiber cloth, but they can be a little damp for that, not as wet. Overall, I am happy with the overall car wash.

I use this car wash quite frequently and generally have a favorable experience. Today when I came in for my wash, I noticed the carts with the cleaning stuff had been moved to quite an inconvenient location, tucked between the walls and the cars. Typically that’s not where they are and I can’t squeeze between the walls and the trash cans to get to them. Usually they are in a more open location which is much easier to access. I’m not one to complain on reviews but there were no employees around to talk to when I was there

I recommend this place. It’s just like any other car wash. You gotta pay attention to the attendant that is guiding you. You have to follow day instructions. When you going to a car wash like this and any other car wash like this number one you have to remind yourself that you are in their “HOUSE “. So after you pay for your wash, stay off your phone and pay attention to the person that’s guiding you in and again this is like any other car wash you go to go ahead and put your car in neutral and take your foot off the break. It’s that simple. It’s not rocket science I highly recommend the Rocket Wash car washes. You got to have strong blood to deal with different types of customers every day. The car washes good also, if you got a lot of bugs on your car, don’t wait two weeks to come wash the car and spit for it to come clean it don’t just work like that, you have to wash it a few times that’s common sense last but not least. If your car is older and the paint job is not that good do not expect your car to look like the next car. Do not expect the top part of your car to get clean if you got stuff on top of it. these people pay good money for their equipment and they’re going to cut certain brushes off to keep your car from getting messed up so Rocket 🚀 Wash is high recommended for me for my vehicles

This is the absolute best car wash! The added free car cleaning area is awesome and the vacuums work great and they have glass cleaner, degreaser cleaner, interior cleaner and microfiber towels and even special rug cleaning machines .. Literally the best I’ve ever been to! All the guys that all work here are super sweet, every single one of them! I absolutely love this place. I can’t say it enough about the value, and how good my car looks every time! I Have never gotten a monthly car wash membership before but this one is absolutely worth it! No matter what level you get. Again, the staff here wicked awesome and helpful! Whether you go through for just one car wash or get a membership, this place Is all you need! You get the whole package, the good people, and everything else you need to make your car-sparkling clean and give it some love! Super highly recommend!! :) thanks guys!

Place has really gone downhill since new management came in. Used to be nothing but friendly and familiar faces who always greeted me with a smile and now I never seem to see the same worker twice and the interactions are far less enthusiastic. Wash seems the same but customer service (the main thing that made me prefer Rocket) has taken quite a hit.

After a week of rain and leaves falling I went to the car wash. Before I entered the tunnel the lady and a male took an extended time to spray out my wheel wells to get all the leaves out. Great customer service!! That spoke volumes about the employees and the extra effort they put in. The employees are friendly and the wash does a great job cleaning your car. Great wash! Clean, quiet and well maintained.

This place is great! I drive from Raleigh to come here. The wash cleans better than other self service car washes. The vacuum station is indoors and includes mat cleaning machines and pressure washer for rubber mats, two types of vacuums, towels, and sprays. Highly recommend.

I really love this car wash. It’s very clean and easy to drive up wash your vehicle. The staff is very kind and helpful. Also they have a selection of different washes to clean your vehicle. I like the supply of cleaner n rags to detail your vehicle. One thing I wish they would do is offer membership for their customers. For example the most expensive was is $45 maybe charge $10 less a month for a membership. Ect!!!! That’s my only issue. I really enjoy coming to this car wash.

This was my first time here. There was a big line of cars outside but it moved quickly. I did the medium level for about 15$. Once you get outside the car wash , there are free vacuums to clean the inside the mats. Extremely happy experience.

Great car wash. The car wash attendants were helpful. The car wash lasts about 5 minutes then you drive to an indoor after wash place to detail the rest of your car. They have free vacuums, spray degreaser, window cleaner, interior cleaner, and fragrance, microfiber cloths and a floor mat cleaner. The car wash got most of the dirty materials off my car, aside from a few bug splatters on the front which I used the degreaser and microfiber and they came off with some elbow grease. They clean the tires snd shine them as well. You can also power wash your rubber mats and they have these carpet cleaner machines as well. Overall good experience.

I have a membership here, clean my car weekly sometimes more than once. I put side skirts on it and we had a problem with them popping off but the workers were able to put a fix on the machine to accommodate my car, very thankful because it's very easy and they have everything you need to really clean your car

I just got back from taking our mini-van there and we'll be back with our other car. Not only was the price very reasonable for the wash, but the included ability to vacuum and clean the inside made the car look really good. The bonus was that the staff was very friendly, from the attendant at the gate who helped me understand the different options to the person inside who was making sure everything was in stock. I highly recommend.

Visited this location yesterday to take advantage of my membership. Compared to usually location this place is really nice. I love how the employees are willing supply you whatever solution is missing and the mat cleaner is a bonus, they dont even have mat cleaner at my location. I enjoyed been inside the building doing the vacuuming, again I thought this was great idea because most rocket wash express don't have as many spots. I might visit three more different location and compare who is better. So far you guys made it to #1

I am outraged! I came by and purchased a singular wash today and my card wash charged twice. God forbid you don’t want a membership! They will harass you until you sign up for that membership. I bought one single orbit for $15 and was charged $30. I called the manager to resolve this problem and he hung up on me. I called back immediately and he started badgering me for my credit card information, and then hung up on me again when I didn’t want him stealing my identical. These places will tell you they’re Christian owned but then screw you over at the soonest turn. Look at this truck! This is not a wash worth $15, let alone getting charged twice for it!
