If you want your car washed well, DON'T GO HERE. I watched my car go through the car wash. The Large brush that is supposed to come down on the hood and the windshield of your car stayed in the upright position. When the car came out of the carwash, I told the owner that the brush wasn't working. He said he'd run it through again. I watched a Jeep Cherokee and a Mercedes go through ahead of my car and neither of them had the brush drop down to clean the hood and the windshield on those cars, either. It didn't drop down to clean mine on the second round, either. While the inside of the car was clean, the windshield, when I got into the sunlight, was still as filthy as when I first brought it in to be serviced. The tires were not cleaned and neither were the hubcaps. My 10 year-old would have done a more thorough job! The girl at the cash register was nice and concerned; the rest of the crew - not even the least bit interested. Do not take your car here, it was a 34 dollar rip-off with clueless owners who are clearly in it for the money, not the customer satisfaction. Just read the response from the owner. So you knew I was going to write a review? Really? " Something broke in our tunnel and we fixed it right away. We tried to make it right, but you already left when we fix the problem! Mistakes happen. We have two brushes in our tunnel to ensure that if something ever does happen, there is another piece of equipment that can clean your vehicle." You were nowhere to be found when the car went through the system car wash the second time and only the sweet cashier was the least bit interested. You may have "2 brushes" but neither one worked for my car. You didn't come out to see if it was okay. You didn't come out to see me or visit me after it went through the second time. You didn't come out to see me and tell me you were attending to the issue, nor did you send anyone else out to tell me while I hung around for 15 minutes as they "detailed" the car and you were missing in action. I did tell the cashier that the brush didn't work on my car or the other cars that preceded my second go-round. Their hoods and windshields weren't cleaned either. I had to go to another car wash where they finished detailing the car and CLEANED the windshield that wasn't touched, as well as the tires and hubcaps. While I appreciate you writing back, the fact is that you were nowhere to be found, nor did you come out of your office to make sure the job was done right the second time around. I always had great service when it was Bunkie's Car Wash. I guess I was just used to more than I got at your new establishment.

My husband have been coming here for quite awhile. Each time we have to call the workers back to clean areas that have been missed. I have to say this is the last time we will be coming here. The car wash itself does not do a very good job. The front end, the side doors, the back hatch, all dirty. The workers cleaning/wiping/drying the car spray/wipe but don't clean. There was so much dirt and areas that were not touched throughout the car. The console and cup holders had not been touched. The entire dash board was just as dirty as when I brought it in. If I could give zero stars I would.

Wash N Go is the only place I will be taking my car to get cleaned. I signed up for a “Shine it” full service membership. I can bring my car there everyday if I want! I have pets and small kids that are always leaving crumbs. So convienet! They give you a Month to try it out and then it’s a one time charge a month and can bring it back whenever I want!! Everyone was very helpful, Kevin in the back was super Proffesional, he explained the packages very thoroughly. Can’t wait to be back!!

This is my favorite place to go every day I’m there whether it’s for gas or a car wash. Every time I go in there I get all smiles and I’m always saving because Ms. Dee Dee is the BEST ‼️ she always telling me how much I can save off gas if I put in my Harris teeters number. I got a car wash last week and my car is still clean and smelling good the cleaning employees did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of my car. I’ll forever come here (white Nissan truck girl) Ms Dee Dee is gonna need a raise with how wonderful she is (God will continue to bless her) she definitely blesses others with her joyful spirit and she always say good morning which makes my day because some days don’t be the best but when I come here for gas or a car wash she cheers me up THANK YOU Ms Dee Dee

I guess it all depends on who you get on the inside and how busy they are. I was first in a line of cars that showed up and the guy in my car spent 80% of the time outside of my car spraying air at the floor mats while he sing and watched cars drive by. The inside, other than clean the windows (good job) was a joke of an effort. Now I go home and actually clean the car after paying their highest price. Shame. I took another car there the other day and got a great effort. Night and day. Didn’t even take. A shot at cleaning anything. I will add this. On a sunny day with the glare from the sun under their canopy it is hard to see anything. When you pull away you see this.

I watched in awe as years of road grime, questionable life decisions, and winter salt trauma were erased in mere minutes. The dryers roared like victorious dragons, banishing every last drop of water with surgical precision. When I stepped out to inspect the results tears began falling from my eyes. This wasn’t a car wash—it was a spiritual awakening with a vacuum station. I will tell my children about this day, and I will return weekly, faithfully, until the end of my days.

10/10 do not recommend. For $40 something dollars, my doors were streaky, the backseat still had kid crumbs, my dash around the corners was left dusty and smeared, and my sunroof still looked like the pic... also, how they managed to spray something sticky on my review mirror I'll never know.

Much of the flow has changed and the entire process is confusing. While i prefer to give them a chance and share my thoughts directly with the team there was no one available to talk to. Do you stay on the car or get out when it finishes where do you go. As someone who was been coming to this car wash 10 years plus there should be acknowledgment of things being different and gentle guidance on how to maximize your experience.

I cannot say enough about the great experience I had. I had my car detailed, the premium service - appt & takes several hours. There was an area that needed a little more attention, but I didn't notice it until I was home. I reached out to let them know. The manager was more than willing to have me bring it in a soon as I was available to address the area. I came back and the car was cleaner than when I originally picked it up...immaculate! I didn't want to drive it and dirty it up. :) Honestly, I'm glad that I had to take it back, as it showed their true quality of work, along with the amazing customer service and care by the manager(s). You rarely find customer service like that anymore. No questions asked, it was very obvious they aim to make the customer happy. Big fan & will always use!

I’ve been looking for a Car wash to frequent and decided to give this one a try. Went with one of the washes that included the full service, vaccum and wipe down. Overall very disappointed with the interior “clean”. Cup holders left untouched, entire center console area still with dirt and dust, and the vacuuming looks half done. After realizing this, i even came back to the building and mentioned it to the girl working the car wash side. She was super sweet and brought me back to the interior cleaning side, but even still .. he took the rag and wiped a few times and this was the after result. Unfortunately, not worth the money or the time. Per the other reviews, i guess it depends on who you get that day. Not worth frequenting at all when you have to gamble on whether or not your car will get cleaned good that day.

This used to be Bunkys, but the new owners have completely renovated the operation, including the entire washing system so now I can take my nice cars there. They do a beautiful job and are very friendly. Also, they have a rewards program for gasoline and the prices are good. There are never gas lines at the pumps and their new hours make it very convenient. I’m usually in and out of there in 15 minutes with a clean car and a full tank of gas.
