I had a problem with this company a month and a half ago, my rearview mirror was broken inside the car wash, my car had just left the dealership in 2020 and without any problems, unfortunately my left rearview mirror was bent several times in a row on the same side and finally broke, today I received an email from Rocket Shine informing me that the equipment had no problem, so in short my rearview mirror broke just when leaving the tunnel at no cost to their company's insurance company! I was at a loss with my car and I have no confidence in using this service of yours again!!!

After a run in with the Love Bug infestation, I took my car here to get all the bugs off. I paid extra for the bug and bird scrub. Upon driving up to the attendant he said the cant get all the bugs off because of the acidity. Disappointed in the outcome, as I had to find an alternative method of getting bugs off.

Evan was great! Provided excellent service. I went through the wash and not all of the bugs came off, so he offered to meet me over at the buckets at the entrance and scrubbed my car off for me and let me go through one more time. Wash came out great!

At the rocket shine car wash on Cleveland avenue right next to planet fitness. Two employees showed very caring and honorable customer service, they go by the name of (Nicholas) and the other was named (Jay). They aided me throughout my car wash experience and greeted me politely as I was positioning my vehicle onto the tracks and even offered additional services. They are great employees that deserve the praise and as well as a raise, respectfully.I bless them well.

Great wash. Esther assisted me at the pay station. Was very helpful understanding the machine. Jolene at the tunnel gave us air freshener and dashboard wipes was very sweet and explained the process thoroughly. My husband always washed the car but since his stroke. I’ll be coming to this car wash. I am so happy to see woman workers at there best. I felt welcome and definitely tell my friends and family

I wash my car here once a week because I have a membership, I can wash it as many time as I want for one flat rate every month! The only downside is that sometimes (like yesterday) soap wasn’t pouring out onto my car so I got what I call “a water wash” and there’s really nothing special for members like free air fresheners, car wipes or anything. They took my email address back when I signed up but I have yet to receive an email from Rocket Shine so I don’t know why that was important 🤷🏻♀️

I really liked this place and staff, but lately there has been too many issues with motors failing for the overhead brushes, and they take a long time to repair..what made me go to another car wash is that also my power folding mirrors (folded) got pulled out twice and hearing it pop is not good. If these issues get resolved I may return.

Rocket Shine is the best car wash in Ft Myers. We tried many different ones before agreeing that Rocket Shine topped them all and got monthly subscriptions. Not only are the team members, like Nick, friendly, professional, and attentive, but all the equipment works! They clearly maintain it and do the proper pre/post operational checks. I also love (love) that they have baskets of clean microfiber cloths to dry your car at every vacuum station for customers to use. I watched Nick pay attention and notice when a station needed more cloths, bringing a fresh stack without asking. They really do care about customer experience and it shows. Five stars! Or I should say, five rockets!! 🚀 🚀🚀🚀🚀

First time at this place, got the best monthly membership and everything. Never had a problem with any other drive in car wash. I heard a noise while I was in the wash and when I get out I notice my bumper was ripped off. Broke the clips and everything. Car is a 22 with only 17k miles. Made a claim with one of the guys let’s see what they do about this. Very unsatisfied!!!
