My rating for this place is five stars, especially for the worker Nicholas J. For me, he is the best worker at that place because when someone comes to wash their car, he gives the car a complete pre-wash. He is the only one who does that type of work. The others do it well, but not like him.

Nicholas is not only an outstanding employee who consistently provides excellent customer service—he truly goes above and beyond. I wanted to share a recent experience: after vacuuming my car, I accidentally left behind one of my floor mats. I didn’t realize it until the next day and, honestly, I didn’t expect to ever get it back. When I returned to Rocket Shine Car Wash, Nicholas went out of his way to help. He searched thoroughly and eventually found the mat behind a trash dumpster. But he didn’t stop there—he cleaned and disinfected it, then placed it in a couple of plastic bags to keep it protected. I feel incredibly lucky to have encountered someone so dedicated and kind. Rocket Shine Car Wash is fortunate to have such a remarkable team member on staff!

Very convenient way to wash my car ever. In & out in about 5 minutes, all clean & dry. For $15/month to get unlimited car wash for a month is really a good deal. Went to Rocket Shine on Cleveland Ave for the 1st time on 12/31/23..I went in the car wash and machines took off my bug shield and later that night noticed my back wind shield wiper was also ripped off. I spoke with someone who had me fill out paperwork for damages . I didn't hear back from anyone, so I went back. On 01/06/24, I FINALLY received an email stating nothing would be covered..WARNING TO ALL , ESPECIALLY MY FELLOW FIRST RESPONDERS !!! JUST BEWARE THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE BEING WASHED THEY WILL NOT COVER IT ,ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CAR IS 10 YEARS OLD !

Went to the Tunnel of Cheer and it was SO cute! Got a special little surprise with my carwash (which was probably the best drive through car wash I've been to). Juan and all of the guys were so kind and funny and made it fun for my 9 month old (who wouldn't let go of Juan's finger). Would 100% recommend!

Just left paying for a $27 car wash. Still have dirt and stuff all over my car. They let me go through again. It's still all there and then they say oh that's not going to come off. Well I rubbed my finger through it after they kept saying that was damaged paint.
