I am changing my review on this company. The initial review consisted 4 stars and a recommendation to choose this car wash and subscribe for their membership program. DO NOT DO THIS!!! That is if you like your car. I drive an older /2006/ but very clean vehicle. Started working for UBER /This means not only I recommended a membership but I was going to be a loyal customer/ and decided to sing up for Rocket Car Wash Membership. This is still the first month of my membership. Went for a wash yesterday. As every human being on this planet I am prone to mistakes. I got confused from the hand gestures of the attendant and did not noticed I am still in Drive mode. When going inside I noticed this and pushed the brakes, at the same time the machines stopped. I backed up and started from the beginning. After I got out and headed to the vacuum machine I saw my windshied was broken. Spoke with their manager and he refused to cover the damage even after I pointed out that there is no warning sings that if you fail to follow the instructions your car will be DAMAGED . For me this was an eye opener. I have to pay $175 for a new windshield. I got $175 lesson: DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. Accidents happen and the MORAL thing to do is make your customer happy by covering the damage and you are going to have a customer for life. For some businesses like this one we ARE just numbers and revenue. Let`s teach them a lesson. Let`s show them we are individuals with our own personality.

***AVOID THIS CAR WASH!*** (LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING!) The customer service and policy is HORRIBLE! The car wash ripped off my side mirror. I was told I needed to talk to a manager to file an incident report and they will review the cameras to determine what they will do. They went in to the car wash to retrieve my broken pieces from my mirror. As they came back and informed me they reviewed the video and HANDED ME MY BROKEN MIRROR, per their policies they won’t do anything. The manager explained that they have a sign that explains they are not responsible for ANY DAMAGES TO ANY VEHICLES. I asked to see the sign and they showed me the sign is right after you already pay for the was in small print. LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING! Pay the extra few dollars to go to a bigger franchise that have better customer service values!

Just a few months ago, I loved coming here but as of my last few visits, that’s not the case anymore. The attendants are always on their phones. I hit my tire really bad another day and the guy just laughed because he kept telling me to move forward but didn’t say go left or right. Super frustrating, now I have to go look for another wash and this one is on my way to work.

I was looking for self service car wash and realized too late once i was already in line this wasnt one of those so i just got the car wash anyways. The woman at the point where the cars go onto the tracks was plain mean. I hadnt been there before and i asked her out my window if i when i should switch to neutral- instead of answering me to visibly makes an annoyed expression and rolls her eyes and points at the flashing lights. Granted the lights made sense for indicators but at the time i hadnt realized and instead of an easy solution like "oh the light will indicate when you need to switch to neutral" she had to accomplish that in the most demeaning way possible. On top of that the wash outright didnt clean swaths of my vehicle. Im not talking about tires or wheel wells because obvi its a bit much. Im talking spots on the front and back over a foot in diameter. I feel like in salt lake valley the car wash industry is saturated. There are lots of them, even just in murray and midvale. If you want to go to a car wash that will make your vehicle look nice, for the same price, with employees that wont be rude and wont put you down- go to the tagg-n-go down the street. Great car wash - so much better than most of my experiences at Quick Quack. My car is nice & shiny, the drying tunnel is fantastic, and there are lots of vacuums available. Friendly and knowledgeable employees 👏🏼

I am so impressed with Rocket Express! I love their monthly program and that their vacuums actually work! They offer microfiber cloths so I don’t have to bring my own and I even had one of their attendants offer to wash my floor mats for me.

I love this car wash but I'm kind of frustrated because they had a glitch in their system that my credit card didn't register right even though I just gave them my credit card last time so they had me move way over to the third lane which you have to back up and take a sharp left. Because they made me move all the way over I wasn't able to get in completely straight and I scraped my low profile tires on their two to three inch curb. I don't know why they don't have that shaved down because obviously there's lots of tire marks on each of the areas as you can see from the picture. I asked if there's anything they could do and he said no. Not even a month of free car wash or anything. I was just hoping that the be available to do something whether it's a few months free car wash or maybe splitting the bill to repaint the scraped rim. I used to love this place but now I wouldn't recommend it especially if you have low profile rims because it's pretty easy to scrape.

I love love love coming here to get my car washed here . The staff is always exceptionally friendly, consistently smiling, and welcoming. Each visit leaves my car looking impeccably clean and shiny.. I highly recommend Rocket Car Wash to anyone !!

Been going here for years. The new stupid rule that the bed of the truck has to be completely empty has me looking for a new car wash. I have 2 extremely heavy spare tires in my bed and they want them removed to go through. It is rediculous....

Canceling my membership, because I came in to wash my wifes truck and paid extra for TIRE SHINE… got literally no tire shine on my dry tires (see photo it’s hilarious) AND still had tons of bugs left, but they refused to let me run it through again. Why would I keep my membership for a poor wash and even worse service? Switching to Quick Quack.

Don’t waste your money here. This car wash could care less about the value of their customers and it’s super upsetting. My car was damaged and lost its Mercedes Emblem due to their Machines not exiting vehicles when they should be. My car got stuck at the end behind a big truck causing both cars to keep skipping and jumping causing my front bumper to hit the back of the truck. When I noticed my emblem was cracked I let employees know and they “checked” the cameras only to tell me their cameras were blacked out and they needed to call service and get them working again and I could return another day. Toke the manager a whole 30 minutes to even come say hi and then offered no help until I let them know I called the police to file a claim then they offered to submit a damage claim to corporate for corporate to only say it’s my fault and I need to pay for it not them. And to stop responding to my messages. So disappointed when I have been a loyal customer and have memberships not only to one car but 2, they lost my money plus all those around me. Something that cost $120 to replace yet they lost a customer who’s invested over hundreds of dollars for pennies, don’t go here their car wash scratches your car and if something happens they act like it’s not their fault. So disappointed in this company, I wish I had never trusted them with caring for my business and loyalty.

This place has gone down hill so much over the years while increasing cost. So sad. But most recently I went and they are no longer alowing anything in truck beds to go through. I have a rooftop tent that is flush with my roof so basically like a bed shell, so nothing really in my bed, but if that is the new policy that would be fine, but they had one line open and signing people up for the monthly program in that line. Over the 15 minutes i was waiting, multiple empoyees saw my truck and didn't tell me the new policy till I get all the way to the front. I will be taking none of my family cars here any longer. Terrible service.

Very shady business practices. I went in for a one-time car wash, and instead they pushed a monthly membership. The process was rushed and not clearly explained, and they attempted to place a membership sticker on my vehicle without proper consent or transparency. When you try to cancel, they run you through the ringer—requesting excessive information, delaying responses, and making the process unnecessarily difficult in what feels like an intentional attempt to prevent cancellation. Overall, the experience felt misleading and frustrating, more focused on locking customers into recurring charges than providing straightforward service. If you just want a single wash, be extremely cautious and make sure you are not being enrolled in a membership without realizing it.

I do not recommend using this company. They damaged my car. Their car wash ripped my fuel door right off my car. They took my information and told me I would be contacted in 3 days by their claims department. That was 5 days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. First and last time I ever use this car wash. Update: The car wash will just say “user error” and see shadows on cameras so they don’t have to pay for damages. I don’t know what brushes they uses, but apparently they have fingers that can get inside fuel doors (not gas caps boys) and rip them off. But what do I know…I’m just a little woman who can screw back on her gas cap. Apparently it also takes getting talked to by said little woman to get an actual response via email same day. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR CAR.
