Always great customer service, good prices on gas and cigarettes and a wide variety of drinks and snacks they got a carwash bathrooms air/vacuum pumps and to top it all off an ATM. They basically got anything you would want accessible from a gas station/convenience store and on those merits alone I make it a point to make 90% of my gas station purchases from this location when I'm in Monroe.

Management here is terrible and prices posted are never accurate. Panino salami posted price says $2.49 but rings up at $2.99. Signs all over saying Goldbear gummis 2 for $4.00 but rings up at $2.79 each. Manager is lazy and never does anything but stand behind the register. Go elsewhere.

Jackson's Shell Station 2 miles West on HWY 2 at Roosevelt, South side of the road has FREE vacuums! I have a flat I'm trying to deal with. This guy here at Rocket wants me to move the car away from the air station in case somebody wants to use it. Well I understand that. I haven't seen people stacking up to use it, and driving the car on a flat makes the flat non-repairable. I told him I'd move it if somebody showed up. Plus there is enough room for somebody to get behind me. He's just being self-righteous and controlling over $2. I don't think I've ever seen anybody use that air station but me. I'm putting money in it, I'm a paying customer, and he wants me to leave. I spent $10 on it while I was sitting there. Instead of a thank you, I got berated. The other people who work here are very nice and compassionate, but not this guy! As you can see there's plenty of room for somebody to get air behind me. The landscape guy that I'm blocking who backed his trailer up behind me to do his job, asked if he could help! There are some wonderful people out here. Dick's Tire House, in Monroe, is taking care of me! Update: Two New LT tires on the back. Will be buying the other two for the front next month. Wonderful people!
