This used to be a good place to wash car. Not any more. Soap is weak, blowers are weak, vacuums are weak and spotless rinse never works any more. The cost wouldn't matter if the equipment worked well but it doesnt. Not worth it any more. 8/19/2020: Ended up trying this place again, and is still not any better. it is actually worse. There is spotless rinse now, but now no soap comes out of the foaming brush. Give a squirt of soap to start off with then you have to use that for the rest of the car, which never works. Blower in tne stall doesnt blow any water out of anything. With as many cars that go there you would think that it would be kept up better. But I guess if people keep going as terrible as it is, why spend on upkeep or repairs. Dont waste your time or money here!

Vaccuum closest to garages (south side) doesnt have good suction at all !but the next vacuum over works amazingly. There are weirdos that stroll thru in the middle if the night but that's how phoenix is now days. Be prepared to have enough quarters because the quarter machine doesnt work maybe in the day time it does ,, ?but not at night ..and the wash part causes panic when beepen to add money before shut off but then owontnexcepy rven the criapiestb fresh bill , thenyou probably will have to put a whole 5 more in to get that last rinse. All in all .....i say your better off saving up yourself a great deal of sweat 'stress and money loss and and go To dannys family or any where else really

I understand all the weekend off-road vehicles trash the stalls and fill them with mud on Sunday evenings but by 11am Monday someone should have made an attempt to clean the stalls. $10 to wash the bike then another wash to get the mud from the stall off. I will not be back.

Vacuums are not free. Vacuums cost a dollar to start. Wash is $3 to start timer. The machine charged my card $10 to spray my car for 8 minutes. Also the card reader is impossible to read. I could have went to a better drive through car wash for the price and not got wet, sweaty and irritated.

Detergents in wash are insufficient to clean basic road debris. Spot free rinse definitely does not spray the ionized water it should; rather it seems to spray hard water because it spots horribly. Air nozzle doesn't put out much volume. It took almost 8 minutes to (mostly) dry my car, and that's using it WITH a microfiber towel. In addition, the drains in the ground were backed up, and the ceiling-mounted equipment dripped on the roof of the car. The combination of these things left me looking for another car wash before I even drive away because my car looked worse than when u started!

Was in Phoenix AZ for a family emergency/intervention. Before I flew back to Seattle WA, I decided to wash my mothers car. Now we (my mother and I) drove her car from Seattle, and it was dirty. I have an early flight and decided to was her and my Aunts vehicles. RoadRunner Express Wash was open for use at 4am. Pricing was not bat at all. Just wish their change machine would take $20 bills. I would have rated 5 stars if the facility was able to take $20 for change or use in the change machine or at the bay. I used my CC for the transaction and that was easy and only took me 20 mins to thoroughly was her car. Thanks a lot! Was nice to find a self service wash place open at 4am!

I was not impressed the Machinery was clunky and allowed. When I switched it over to the wax it just kept spraying it a high pressure there was no wax coming out. The spot-free rinse look like it was watered down because when I used the cheap air nozzle that was there it had a label of air shammy on there but clearly was not, the cheap air nozzle was only about an inch and a half pipe. It took me about 7 minutes to halfway decently dry my car with this air nozzle. With my experience today I definitely could not say that I would recommend this car wash. The Machinery was also leaking from the hose above my car that was clunking real loud and that was coming down the hose and soaking me while I was trying to spray my car. It was an all-around bad experience

Overcharged when I used my bank card to pay for the wash. Change machine not working. Air blower used to dry car. Not working, no hose. Parking area very littered, trash cans fill. First and second wash charged $10. 3,rd car wash charge was $15.

Worst car wash I've been to. $20 bucks and 1hr later my car is still dirty inside and out. Spray, brush, "spot free rinse", repeat. Still leaving streaks and spots so I gave up. Then onto the vacuums.. Vacuums are not free as advertised on the bold sign out front. It's $1 for 4 minutes. They have little suction and only provide wide mouth end piece. Cannot get into any small areas. Gave up on vacuuming. Gotta take my car somewhere else. Total waste of time and money.

I got charged $10 for using the rinse for my car. And me and my wife was waiting for my car to cool down and started cleaning my car out the employee walked up to us and said we reach out limit and had to move cause other ppl needed to use it....there were no other cars there. So he rushed us for no reason. This is a very bad place

The machine said they took quarters, cash, or card. I had $3 in quarters, just enough for the first wash. Once I put all twelve quarters in, it said I needed one more quarter. So I swiped my card hoping it would cover that last quarter however no water turned on and the machine proceeded to state I had only put in $2.75. I ended up having to rush to QT for that one quarter just to later find out I have a pending balance of $10.00 from ‘Road Runner Express’.

0 stars, this place is littered with homeless drug addicts and sketchy people. It's dirty and unkept! When I used the high pressure soap nothing was coming out but water. I swiped my card and use $4.46 but an extra $10 disappeared from my card? there are skimmers that I'm sure the owner put on the machines. Don't come here!!!

This carwash sucks. They're never open anymore, the vacuum is always clogged or torn. They seem to be open at night doing something that takes up all the stalls then come daytime they put cones in front of all the stalls. I give up on this place. It is close so that's a shame.

Yet another false advertising at it's best. Labeled free vacuums, vaccums aren't free without purchase. Won't support a brand that falsely advertises

It's great, I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the 3-foam always being empty. I remember months ago it always used to work and I would foam my truck, but the last 4 months haven't being working, it's like they don't refill it, or they refill it once a month or something.

This business is CLOSED. Just pulled in to grab a wash and all the bays have old dirty vehicles just parked in them, coned off. The rest of the place just looks like a parking/storage lot for the automotive place next door. Don't waste your gas.

Went at 4:30pm on a Monday and all machines were off. There was no signs saying the wash was closed or the machines were broken. I had to checked each bay. SAD.

Went there over the Memorial Day weekend and was very dissatisfied with the location. Initial wash is $5 and you get 1 minute for every additional $1. The facility was run down and when we tried to use the washing bay, it was unable to drain the water away. I had to wash my vehicle in 5-6 inches of standing dirty water. Many of the conveniences were also not working or had run out of supplies. I had a choice of soap, soapy brush, and rinse. No wax,no tire cleaner, and no spot free rinse. I would recommend driving to the next car wash and not wasting your money here.
