Terrible wash in the automatic touchless bay. I could have done better with a garden hose and no soap. I had to go to another place to get my car washed.

I tried to use the automatic car wash last night. It took my $5, but nothing happened. The display changed to "Car wash in use. Please wait". I've tried calling the number listed on here twice so far this morning and nobody is answering.

We came to car wash and went to two different stalls and put in $5 in wash stall and there is no water at all.

It's a good place to get rear-ended pulling into their Lot, and the street holds Alot of water when you are Leaving, maybe this is the undercarriage wash area ? When pulling back out onto 16th Street is as Blind as wearing a Blindfold...

Please change you name to "car spray" because that's all that happened! The owner of this place has his soap pumps turned down so low with the most minimal amount of soap coming out. Thanks for the false advertisement of an actual car wash.

Was extremely unhappy with this place. Came in to blow off the ice and road build up. Found out they don't heat the water. Water was freezing to my car as fast as I could wash it. Made the mistake of paying with credit card so just threw away $5 only to go pay again somewhere else.

Solid F on every conceivable level. The change machines at this location have been broken for well over a decade, and you can definitely tell that nearby businesses such as The Belgrade and Teske's are tired of people coming into their establishments and asking for change. Everything is covered in garbage and it appears that nothing has ever been cleaned. This place was so bad I am actual working on a conceptual piece about it.

The super soaker function on the sprayers is broken and has been for atleadt a couple years that's why I rarely go there it just starts spewing a dort of fizz out of it , other than that it's great because you can almost always get in . I must say I've been shocked how long this problem had been going on though

Not my usual car wash. And won't be anytime soon. On the days I happen to go? While I'm washing my truck, it seems to run out of soap or tire cleaner and so on. May not be so for everyone? But happens to me and no staff on hand to rectify to situation

I'll preface by saying I take care if my car and let's be honest, sometimes you don't have the luxury to wash and detail by hand. Well this place will not be a car-wash that I return to. The soap is so minimal that it's basically useless. Same goes for the wax and wash free rinse, it's just water. OH! And the brush you use for your main body is the same brush that's used to wash your tires! If you want scratches, go right ahead. I still used for both to truly test this place out, and let's just say I could have still done better with just a wash cloth. So much dirt still left after using the brush, and did I mention the soap is basically non existant? Wax has no beading effect, on my windows I have rain-x which also still stayed after the wash, again showing that the soap is useless (normally ill need to re-apply afterwords). This place seems like it's barely running. It could be great, but even the signs are all washed out and sun damaged, and mold growing on the walls. I'd rather go through an automatic wash which has done a better job cleaning my car. I would not recommend.

Very poor service here. I felt completely waste of time and money. There was no soap in any of the stalls. I did doubt any of the options, ie. Soap, wax, tire cleaner, engine cleaner, spot free worked like they were supposed 2. Those who where there who experienced the same were very disgruntled, as there is no staff on site, and no possible way 2 get refund or free wash. I washed a bicycle and it was worse than I had started, it was that bad...

Probably one of the worst car washes I've ever been to.It is not temporarily closed. No water pressure on most of the settings. Soap setting there wasn't even any soap. Or the wax. Not returning

The car in front of me had the car wash stop after soaping one side and wouldn’t start again. Stay away!
