Great prices and great service! I would only go here. They will help you if you're not 100% satisfied, which is unlikely because they offer more service than most car washes at better prices. You are given a wash cloth for your dashboard and an air freshener. I've never even seen that before! Someone will pre-rinse your car and tires which is nice too. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Everything you need. 12 bucks for a the Platinum option, 5 for the basic. You drive through no waiting, even some funky lights while you suddzie! Vacuums and air blowers for free at the end in the shade. Best part? It's not like all the spots where you have a bunch of people fusing over drying your car and trying to upsell interior cleaning. Best wash ever

My go-to car wash. Cheap and good quality wash. Never crazy long lines. Vacuum stations are shaded with plenty of power. One of my wipers fell off in the wash and they replaced it for free & gave me a free wash when I came by to pick up the replacement. Thanks fellas!

The actual wash is somewhat lame-the whips are just pulled over your car-not very effective. Then the dryer. My car still very wet, the windshield was really wet and the car was really dripping for some time-way more than any other wash I’ve ever used. The first time I went the vacuums were horrid. However this time my vacuum really cleaned. @4.99 for a basic wash and me doing the detail, I’ll go someplace else.

The employees there are so nice and pay attention to detail, they had some tape handy to cover a part of my window that wouldn't roll up all the way so that no water sprays inside my car. My car was nice and shiny afterwards. I do miss the musical experience that aligns with their lights

Hands down, the best automatic car wash I've visited in the North Scottsdale area. Better than Costco, better than Jacksons, better than Cobblestone. My white Hyundai always comes out shiny & clean, and the staff does an amazing job with pre-wash and taping my rear windshield wiper every time. On another note, I tend to feel the paint with the back of my hand, and I can actually feel the smooth wax on the paint compared to NOT feeling it with other competitors washes. It's 11.99 for the Platinum, which is also better priced than the competition. I've actually been going so often I just recently got a platinum monthly membership IT'S THAT GOOD. Their vacuums also do an amazing job. I only have a couple of concerns - for one, some of the exterior is beat up and worn out by the sun. Not attractive but not a big deal either. I'm also convinced the wheel cleaner brushes don't actually work, but other than those two complaints, this is the best express wash in the valley and they deserve more customers!

I came to this car wash, purchased the “best” one they have, and as soon as I pulled in to start this short guy working there said, make sure you note that mirror’s broken that ain’t our fault! The other guy working there shyly said yea and laughed a little. Recently someone knocked the cap off my mirror and obviously I know that. I understand things should be noted because there are people that might even try to take advantage who knows but to rudely scream out like I was going to accuse them is ridiculous saying “that ain’t our fault!” Kinda over the top. If only people had more professionalism when working. I’d rather hand wash my car than be around people like this.

I want to start out by saying, I used to love this car wash when I lived in AZ. It was my go-to for years and I was on the monthly plan with an auto renewal because I would go all the time. However, since moving out of the state over 8 months ago, I continue to be auto-charged on my credit card. I have tried calling countless times, only once in those 8 months was I able to get through to a voicemail, in which I left my concern and my return phone number. Every other time I get a message that the voicebox is full and zero times has anyone ever picked up the phone. Never got a call back either. I even filed a dispute with my cc company at one point, which got me a one month's worth of a refund, but somehow this carwash is still charging my card every month! Extremely frustrating and the 1 star rating is 100% for the complete lack of customer service. So disappointed after years of being a loyal customer.

Really can’t go wrong popping in for a quick clean here. My favorite go to spot for a wash. I am not one to want to wait for the hand detailing and hand wash at Jackson’s or cobblestone as I have paid more for a wash there with similar results to Road Runner it’s really not worth it for me to go there anymore. I find this place to be the best clean for the value hands down.

I have moved from the area and they continue to charge me, they will not respond to any form of contact that I've tried. I've had to contact my bank to have the charges reversed. They have done that, yet Roadrunner Car Wash continues to charge me the subsequent month. It has now been 24 days since the bank has contacted them and there's been no response even to the bank. This is truly a racket they have going here!

This is one of the better car washing services. It's a do it yourself service. I had a little mishaps and the owner jumped right on and fixed the issue. No fuss or anything. I would recommend this place to anyone and their vacuum's really suck. Lol.

Awesome. Leaves our cars looking good with no noticeable scratches. We have two cars on Platinum Unlimited for 30 per month. The vacs are very powerful.

I should have known better than to arrive on a warm Saturday afternoon and no one else was here. The air dryer for the wash barely dries the car. There are zero towels to use to hand dry your car. The vacuums had so little suction you can whisper over them. The vending machine where you could buy a towel were unplugged. This place needs serious maintenance.

I don't normally write reviews, however I felt the need to share my experience. I have had a monthly membership for about 1 year now, I like the convenience of being able to wash my car as many times as I want at an affordable monthly cost. A couple days ago while going through the carwash, one of the cloths got stuck in my mirror and destroyed the plastic housing around my passenger mirror. Freak incident... I have heard horror stories of people eating the cost because the carwash won't claim responsibility. This was not the case, the carwash attendant was professional, took down all my info, including pictures of the damaged part and said he would notify the owner who will contact me the following day. The owner, John, promptly contacted me the following morning and handled the situation in the best possible manner. Within 72 hours the nearly $300 part was replaced with OEM product by one of his employees named Paul who was incredibly expeditious with the process. This experience alone gives the owner, the company, and their employees 5 stars in my book!

Older but great car wash! The soap was strong scented and it was affordable. They give you a “guaranteed clean ticket” that’s good for 2-3 days and you can get it washed again for free. The vacuums worked great! I’d go back here again.

Don't pay for anything but a basic wash. The "tire shine" non-existent. Bubbles were left all over my truck and it does a terrible job of drying the truck. Especially in the back. Maybe it works better for cars...

I've used Roadrunner Express Car Wash for about 3 years. It is apparent by some of the reviews that some people do not understand the difference between a "self-service" car wash, and a "full-service" car wash. Or, if they do, somewhere along the way they've dreamed up the fantasy that a self-service car wash should produce the same results as a full-service car wash 🤦🏻. Do they not notice that a self-service car wash does not cost as much as a full-service car wash? 🤷🏻 To be clear, Roadrunner Express Car Wash is a "self-service" car wash. And, just focusing this review on the exterior of a vehicle (which is the only part of a vehicle a self-service car wash cleans), a full-service car wash employs humans to wipe down the exterior of a vehicle once it has passed through the wash / dry tunnel. A self-service car wash requires the driver of the vehicle to perform the final wipe-down. I shake my head when I see review posts from people who are surprised that the blow dryers in the tunnel do not fully dry their vehicle. NO CAR WASH blow dryer fully dries a vehicle satisfactorily, and is why humans are used at full-service car washes so they perform the final wipe-down of the exterior. Further, if the exterior of a vehicle is not wiped down by hand after going through a car wash / dry tunnel, it is inevitable that water spots will form, and most especially in the Valley where we have extremely hard water. One of the downsides with self-service car washes in the Valley during hot Summer months is that the exterior dries so fast by evaporation before the entire vehicle can be wiped down. That's a fundamental reason why car washes in the Valley have shade roofs to park under. I have experienced this problem whereby I need to wet my rag so I can mitigate the water spots because the exterior paint has already dried (workers actually do this at full-service car washes because the cars needing to be wiped down can be in a line waiting to be wiped down, and the workers can't get to them fast enough before they dry). I might even suggest there be the option to skip the tunnel blow dryers during hot Summer months so that the driver of the vehicle has time to get the entire exterior wiped off before all the water evaporates. And, the extra water is helpful because it can be absorbed by the rag so that it becomes damp, which is required to remove water spots. In my experience, as self-service car washes go in the Valley, Roadrunner Express Car Wash is one of the best. Does it always do a perfect job, of course not, and that's because it's a machine. Sometimes there are anomalies (e.g., maybe once or twice I've experienced my wheels not being washed when I've paid for that upgrade; I'm sure I could have driven back around to the entry and told the Attendant the problem, and my guess is they likely would allow me to take my vehicle through the tunnel again at no charge. But, I simply use the rag I that I used to wipe down my vehicle, to then wipe off the wheels, and tires (I always do this regardless). I even go the extra mile to open my hood and wipe down my engine so it doesn't collect dirt over time. That isn't going to happen at most full-service car washes. So, as full-service car washes go, I have experienced my vehicle not being cleaned very well, including the interior, and presume it's because the workers are rushed when vehicles are stacking up. I have also experienced some minor damage from workers. Bottom line, if you are like me and want a good car wash, and are willing to expend the time and effort to perform the final wipe-down, as well as wipe down and vacuum the interior, Roadrunner is the way to go. And, if you're really picky, and have money to burn, then go use a detail shop. PS: Once you've paid for the car wash, and are approaching the Attendant with your vehicle at the entry of the tunnel, you might consider rolling down your window and spotting them a tip.

I just got the “gold” car wash and this is what my car looks like after. I realize it’s only $10, but still, save your money. And don’t advertise it as a premium wash with all the bells and whistles if you can’t even take dirt off a window.

Their sign says that their vacuums suck and they literally didn’t work, but I went and told the guy that I paid for a car wash and just to use the vacuum that didn’t work and he fixed it so I’ll give them four
