The car wash was okay overall. They did a decent job cleaning the exterior, but I felt the interiors could have been done a bit better. The waiting time was also longer than expected. Still, not a bad experience — good for a basic wash.

I knew the car wash was changing ownership so I'd had a long wait between car washes. It was worth the wait. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The previous owners did a good job but this was even better. The price for the lower range inside/out wash is fair for a very thorough job!

Workers were smiling, and very friendly from the moment I arrived, even the cashier was so pleasant. My car was spotless, in and out, when finished...got the premium pkg ($49.95, Seniors discount on Tuesdays, will remember that for next time lol). Waiting area was nice and bright, clean and tidy. Definitely returning again!

They did a great job! It was my first time there after hearing good things about them! I got the works and the outside of my car was great!! They did a good job on the inside of my car too! I had LOTS and I mean LOTS of dog hair and for the first time coming they did a great job at getting lots of it out and told me the more I come the easier it will be to get it all out! Which i totally get because of the amount of hair, time and cheap price! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time it took they were very fast! And it’s great pricing for what you get!! I will definitely be back! Also they treat you like family, very nice people. Thanks again!!!

I paid for a SUV premium wash, cost me $67.74. Received my car back and most areas were not even done at all. Drivers side had been wiped down, and vacuumed ok. I did not go to passenger/backseat & trunk until letter in the day. BIG MISTAKE! I should have check the whole car out. It was a horrible job. I have called to talk with someone to get it redone or money back and have gotten No where. Also, they say they have changed owner, and are not taking riverside auto spa gift cards. But the name is still the same on the building. HORRIBLE SERVICE! The photos are after it was "cleaned "

After seeing a televison commercial for Galaxy Car Wash, I decided to try it. They offer 3 levels of service, and some additonal detailing services as well. I began by trying the exterior wash and wax for $14.95 (the minimum level of service), and was very pleased with the results. The staff, including the cashier, was polite and pleasant, and they made sure my car looked great. While waiting for my car I noticed that they offer discounts for 10 wash "bundles" - buy 8 and get 2 free.

First time trying this place with a new owner. lol was not even aware of the change until i drove in😂. There is lots of changes done and some still to come for example fixing outside as you drive in would be nice. The premium price is expensive so will probably be a once in a while thing for the premium. Will definitely do the exterior wash and wax as this is cheaper than most fuel station car washes. I like that they have cards for you to take to the cashier depending on the wash you want. Very environmentally friendly. Reception is at the end of the hallway which is nice. Receptionist was very friendly and customer service was great. The sitting area is very nice and clean. They even put in a fridge with drinks for sale. So waiting for your car is done in a comfortable place. The washroom however is pretty tight in there. Not comfortable to use. My car was cleaned pretty good. The trunk needed a good vacuum and they did a good job. See you again when my car gets dirty, which is very soon😂
