The super deluxe didn't seem to do as much as advertised but the car looked pretty clean after so can't complain too much.

Very Clean, Takes 1$ & 5$ as well as quarters. It's a very large carwash so there's abound to be a spot open when you go!

Great place to take the mutt to get him clean. $10 for 20 mins. Way better than trying to wash him at home

Easy payment system, great water and air pressure. Even provide treats for your pooch. I was very pleased with the place.

Today is Sunday, and tomorrow was supposed to be Monday, but it’s not. It’s still Sunday because I still have a dirty car. In Post Falls Idaho an older gentleman that works there asked us to get out of line & pull back around because he thought we cutted . Won’t never be back again

HReally great car wash and good vacuums. Few things could be better. But the car wax is awesome when it rains it runs off windshield for like three weeks!

l stopped in here to RINSE my car. used my credit card and turned knob to off before it hit $5. was just looking over my bank statement and they charged me $20. l have filed a dispute with the bank. DO NOT use a credit card here. EDIT 8/10/17... My bank refunded the $15 overcharge. Mistakes happen. I will still never use a cc at any car wash again.

Greatest place to wash your pups. Beware that the sign on how much to put into the machine. I miss read and stuck 10 bucks in and I could have washed my dog for 3$. My fault . But my Hoss loved that warm shower!

Very Good for my Husky! the blow dryer had him dried in nothing flat, they do need to keep all cleaning supplies checked and filled. Also I'd like a disinfectant available just to run over the whole dog tub itself so that I know it's clean so my dog doesn't get sick from some of the other dog's and my dog kept stepping into the drain and there was nothing to cover that to protect his paws.

Used to be a good place to wash my pets...they claim the water pressure hasn't changed but it has. The water keeps switching back and forth between hot and cold so my little guys shiver for most of their bath. Also, I don't need 20 min for 2 small dogs...but it forces you to do something until that 20 min is up...at least if you pay with a card.

We always bring our dogs here to get bathed because the Ritzy Dog Wash makes it easy to lock them in so they can't squirm around. Even though I continue to use this dog wash, I do feel that they are either 1) Overpriced for what you get, or 2) they need to be on top of their cleanliness and supplies. On several occasions I have either had zero Shampoo or zero Conditioner coming out of the sprayer. This last time, I had NEITHER! I spent 15 minutes washing my dogs with pure water just hoping that something would come out because I had just spent $10 to wash them. I was already committed at this point and I ended up having to switch my dog to the other bath tub and spend ANOTHER $10 where both the Shampoo and Conditioner were plentiful. I've also on several occasions lost the head to the dryer hose because it is such high pressure and cheaply made that the end of it flies off. I'm stuck trying to dry my dog off not only with just the hose but also with ice cold air that really does nothing to dry off my dog. No amount of time with the blow dryer helps. They are still soaking wet when you leave. The baths are usually always COVERED in hair along with the brushes they provide for you to use. (This is mostly a given with it being a Dog wash, but I think they should clean them out more often). Also, I understand that it's hard to choose a water pressure to please everyone when you have any size of dog from a Dachshund to a Great Dane being brought in to be washed, however, the water pressure requires you to take much longer to wash than needed. Probably because it helps you spend more time there which = more money in their pockets. That's just my two cents. And hopefully some day I will have the money to just install my own bathtub in my house so I don't feel like I don't have anywhere else to go!

I don't know about the car wash portion, but I wasn't happy with the dog wash. 1. I have a dog who really doesn't like taking a bath. The attendant decided to hover around us, interrupting over and over to ask questions about the dog, and generally being a pest. I'm sorry she howls, but seriously, go away, I'm dealing with a dog in meltdown mode. I'm sure the attendant meant to be helpful, but it was really just one more thing to deal with when I didn't need it. 2. The water pressure is terrible. No wonder you need 20 minutes, rinsing takes well over 5 minutes. 3. The water is cold to lukewarm. Too cold for winter, though I think this would be fine, even refreshing in summer for the dog. 4. I called ahead and was told they have towels to use. My dog is afraid of the dryer. They do not have towels, or they didn't today. So my dog climbed into my car still sopping wet, poor thing. 5. Finally, didn't really like tubs. They don't feel secure for larger dogs. They need higher sides and an overhead chain attachment, as well as a way to gate off the opening. They also need to be lower to assist people placing dogs in the bathtub. If your dog likes a bath and will go right into a tub, this might be an okay value for you, but it feels like an 8 dollar service that costs 15. It's pricey for what amounts to a post run hose down.

Need to clarify dog wash hours vs car wash hours. I realized the dog wash hours are on the door, but googling it on my way it states 24 hours. My pooch got locked in and it was very warm in there. Thankfully they have an emergency number and the guy showed up in 15 min to unlock.

Had good experiences in the past but was really let down today. The side we used was not working correctly. Shampoo and flea/tick were both empty. Then the conditioner was shampoo. After getting the dog shampooed, everything quit working except the dryer even though we had plenty of time. So we could not rinse the shampoo out! Called the number and got a very rude and unhelpful person that hung up on us with no possible resolution. I understand broken equipment but treating customers poorly and literally leaving them trying to figure out a mess worse than when they walked in, is very frustrating.

Dog wash ate my money and didn’t work. Of course there isn’t anyone around. I had decent experience in the past, but I’ll not be using this again.
