Pulled into a bay at the self car wash and get my truck all wet and soapy. Turned it to the foam brush only to find there was no foam brush. I switched bays and started over only to have the brush fall apart. Wont return.

Wax is never filled. The water shuts off after 10 minutes and you have to restart with a new minimum time. I have a full size Dodge and it takes longer. Save you money and go somewhere else, I am from now on.

Auto wash was ok but not real good when I got home my car was still dirty the machine stopped halfway before it was done . There was a attendant there that didn't do anything . Wanted cash only. Couldn't use cards

Not the best ..water pressure so strong water was coming in through the sunroof seams. overall wash wasnt great still dirty but that could be because its touch free.

Attempting to wash work vehicles here, they’re out of bug spray and tar remover, but the clock keeps ticking, and it charges for it. Took forever for the machine to start spraying anything. Wasted at least a couple dollars. Frustrating. Attempted to call them and of course no voicemail no answer.

No soap in high pressure soap, no foam in foam brush. Save your money and go somewhere that maintains their facility.

1/2/19 - Got the works wash for my crew cab long box truck, pulled in and the wash began, after it made its first rinse it freaked out and told me to exit. This is the second time it’s done this, leaving a coat of soap on my truck, I had to go over to the mannual station and wash my truck myself. Luckily I’ve gotten my money back both times, but I will not be back again.

I use the pressure washers here and they perform just fine. Never had any issues here and like the fact you can use a credit card so you don't have to scramble around in your pocket for bills or change. I also like the fact that their presoak pushes out soap where some other places its not so good.

I got one step down from the best available option in the automated car wash. My car came out covered in soap. I tried to call the phone number, they didn't answer and voicemail is not set up. I then had to go spend more money in one of their bays to wash all the soap off.

Noticed they were finally done with remodel so I decided to give them a try. Greatly disappointed pulled in stall 2 (closest to Seltice) and used cc to get started pulled wand out and pulled handle to rinse and I got a rinse right in the face, the end of the wand had a nice leak of which they must be aware of as it had white plumbers tape on so after I cut my wash short by hitting stop but it wohad not shut off until the time is up, looked for phone number to call there was none posted and no machine to get cc receipt. Not a good experience.

Update - Spray wash has no soap in it. There are no foam brushes. Why did I bother for the driver through wash that only covered 2/3rds of my vehicle. This place is terrible. Save your money! When they first opened it, they were pretty awesome. Now it seems like it some of the features don't work and the wash/minute cost seems high compared to other local washes.

Self service wash with nice clean bays. After starting credit card payment, the tire cleaner sprayed only air. Lost 2 minutes of wash time waiting for solvent that never came. I finally switched and went through the other wash cycles until at $15 it shut off (before i was done, but it's clearly set to stop at$15). Restarted to finish up and now the spot free rinse had zero pressure (I know it's low pressure, but there was nothing at all coming out). $22 for a self service car wash that wasn't finished. All that is disappointing but hey, stuff happens, let's give the company a chance to make it right. My call was met with an "ok, thanks". No offer to make it right, no credit for the money I wasted, and didn't even ask for my name or callback info for a manager/owner to follow up.

Don't waste your time or money! The bays are filthy. The foaming brush in one bay is clogged & bristles caked with black tar type grease!! I pulled into another bay, paid a 2nd time and then discovered that the foaming brush doesn't even work!!! The hose for drying is broken & also caked in black grease!! Might as well go across the lot to the new automatited car wash.

DUALLY capable. The only car wash in area that can handle dually trucks. Sign says 7' (84") height limit. Entrance is narrow but doable.

This car wash used to be good, now It sucks. It looks like it’s abandoned. Zero maintenance done to it whatsoever. Used to have brushes now they’re either ripped off or missing. Hoses leaking dripping.

This is the crappiest, most poorly maintained car wash in the region. You're likely to get more water on yourself than your car. Last time I was here, whoever the maintenance person was thought electrical tape was ok to use to patch high pressure water leaks. Nice. The only thing this place is good for is washing out the bed of your truck or your garbage can. Even then, think about going somewhere else. Monkey Shine, you earn one of my very few 1-star reviews.
