I brought my car today for the $18 service which includes dashboard and door cleaning. They just wiped them with dry cloth without using dashboard cleaner. My car was delivered to me Still having dust . Complained to the manger, he was smiling and said we will fix that. Unfortunately, they pretended fixing it. This was not the first time that happened, just so you are aware!

I highly recommend this place for its affordability when it comes to car washes and detailing. Also, super convenient oil change service. I always make an appointment to get my car inspected there and always get my minor repairs done there. They once replaced my battery and when the new one zonked out after a day, they quickly replaced the defective battery free of charge. Get the south Philly special!

Overfilled my oil tank completely last week for $100, could have ruined my engine. I have been going here for years, less than 1 week ago I got a regular oil change. Now I’m 4+ hours away in Syracuse New York wondering why my car is smoking and burning oil. They have to drain my oil and do another oil change for another $100.

Deluxe $25 car wash plus armor all for wheels Go to Acme and get some olive oil cooking spray. It does a better job. Look at the tire judge for yourself. The mats were not touched And it wasn't vacuumed Some of the door jams were done, some of them weren't I usually go to a place on South Broad Street, but Google said it was Closed Everybody makes mistakes These guys need a job They just need somebody to supervise a little better I did not ask for the Tip back I went back and asked for a wet rag to do the jams myself I expected them to remedy the problem That was strike number three Never again Many people had good service here Again, just check before you pay to see that they did what they agreed to do

Ive been attending this place for years but today they definitely lost a customer. I called for seat shampoo service before driving an hour and they told me $80.00 over the phone but upon arrival the price changed to $110.00 no problem I agreed specially after my hour drive. The guy in charge of detailing tells me to give him 1.5 to 2 hours sounds great! Then they call me 50 minutes after, I arrive walk to my car and I find my seats dirty, some spots cleaner than the other, dark marks definitely a half ass job while the guy is in the back eating chips. I spoke to the manager who was very professional, and even gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience but we had to wait while he gathered and made the workers re-do the seat cleaning which actually came out a little better and 1 toned instead of 3 toned. Never going back, local street detailers are doing 10X better.

Been coming here for over 5 years, same wonderful faces..... they gents working on the car are so diligent and detailed oriented. Definitely get the "South Philly Special w/tires". It's practically getting your car detailed. If you get it at least once a month inbetween regular washes you won't need to get your car detailed ever. The ladies working up front are always awesome and the mechanics are great too! Thank you all!!!

My go-to car wash! Sometimes the line can be long, guess it’s other people’s go-to spot too! 😂 I usually get the Ritz with wheel polish. Multiple people help to vacuum inside the car before letting it through the conveyor. You can look thru the glass during the cleaning process. Then once it’s out of the conveyor, there’s multiple people wiping the outside dry and work through the inside to de-dust. All-in-all, a pretty good experience. 😊👍
