What kind of pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am on a Saturday ?????????? I guess people who need there medicine before 9am can just die that’s okay. Thanks rite aid. You’re employees are of NO HELP EITHER !!!!!!!!!!! Terrible terrible service

I have gone to this rite aid today on the South side shopping center of Scranton to try to get my dad his booster shot I can't believe the pharmacist I mean one of the pharmacists literally turned him away then yet the CDC once people to get their booster shot it's been 6 months that has passed since my dad got his second Pfizer covid-19 vaccine shot why does the date have to matter. I cannot believe knowing that my dad is 65 years old he's totally blind and he has a little bit of health conditions and they turned him away. They just wasted his time. Why do dates matter I don't know. Poor service.

Went to this pharmacy thru the pick up window the girl at the window nasty attitude. Threw the bag of meds in the draw and walked away from the window. Nasty B. And there’s another one there that needs to get kicked the F out that pharmacy. Bad place to go to to deal with nasty people like them things working in that place. Nasty people. Give a one star rating. Just cause there’s no spot to give half of a star. South Washington ave in Scranton pa.

I went to my Rite Aid today to pick up my medication which I called an advanced and said it be ready today as I want to pick it up the pharmacist there she's very rude said it will not be ready today it's too soon I said I verify this with the other pharmacist and automation machine they said it would be ready today then all of a sudden she decides to fill it if it's not due they don't give it to you she knew it was due today going to go to CVS for now on she was busting my chops

So very sick and needs my meds… sorry I needed them on a Saturday! The pharmacy closes at 6!!!! Really????? Not only that the clerk that was there very rudely says to me” there’s a sign on the door “. Wow…. I’m sick as heck sorry I didn’t see the sign. I was so very ill and kinda missed the sign. SMH

I think the pharmacy staff is wonderful, never a long wait and they are happy to share the answers to any concerns you might have, I’ve used a lot of pharmacies in my day, this one has to be the best by far, and they are busy, but they take the time to greet you and ask if you have any questions, very professional 🏆🥇
