Staff are very friendly and always greet you as you walk in. The pharmacy has the most kind pharmacist I have ever seen. They know you by first name and are always kind. That is hard to do at a pharmacy within the city. Thankful for these folks

Worst Pharmacy in Pittsburgh..what a waste of a storefront! Medications takes weeks to fill..the store is poorly stocked. The medical technicians are clueless and will literally tell you they don’t know anything..if there was a 0 stars I could rate I would

Love the store located at 2300 Jane, it is so convenient , plenty of parking, the staff there listens and cares and are so helpful, to bad corporate want to take it away and move it to a place, where the older folks who don't drive can not get to it, to a place that has no parking, where all the gym rats all ready take all the parking for the Aldi store across the street. a place where we will have to risk getting a ticket or pay to park, to bad that corporate claims to care about peoples opinions but they don't, because they NEVER listen to any of the complaints about moving the store, they never even addressed the complaints they pond them off to the poor store manager, and someone right above them who doesn't have a clue. THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED if this is what the people wanted

This has been my Rite Aid for many years, before they moved to carson. My Dr's office miscommunicated 3 times that I needed my inhaler called to Rite Aid and sent it to another place 3 times. The place was closed so we couldn't get it. The pharmacist went above and beyond to get my asthma medication to me. So greatful

Amazing selection of items! Friendly staff! Absolutely worth the wait for them to finally open! However I do wish they would sell cold protien shakes since they're located across from a gym. That would be absolutely amazing!

Rite Aid’s website makes claims of a safe, clean environment but that is not the case. When picking up a prescription at the Jane Street location I was faced with a pharmacy employee who was obviously sick...coughing uncontrollably, gross sniffles etc. I asked if I should come back another day and the employee said “I’m good”. That’s nice, I wasn’t. How does this place have someone working while obviously sick during a respiratory disease pandemic?

You don't carry the most basic of items at this store. Why did the old location on 23rd have so little trouble and this one has been 85% unstocked for months. Give the location to someone who'll use it.

I had a 12:40 appointment for vaccinations and didn't get my shots until 1:06. I can understand waiting 10 minutes, but 25 minutes? Not OK. Not even a thank you for your patience, sorry for the wait, or explanation for the delay.

I have been to this rite aid several times and this place is never stocked. How are you completely out of cosmetics, female care products, and anything and everything and still open? How are you always no matter what time of day EMPTY with like 8 people working? It's absurd and so beyond frustrating. I have no idea how this place is still open and makes any sort of money.

This store was nice and clean. The lady at the front was nice and helpful. They had none of the over-the-counter stuff I was looking for and while they did have some stuff that I needed to get, it was ridiculously overpriced. And not just, like, inflation has been crazy and things are overpriced, but like, compared to everywhere else overpriced. Then they gave me a survey asking about if someone greeted me when I walked in. I could care less about that. I care about not being taken advantage of, and having basic stuff that you would find at a pharmacy. Like most humans, I have a budget that I need to stick to, and I have a limited amount of time to do things like shop. Apparently Rite-Aid is trying to appeal to the other kind of humans that have all the time and money in the world, and who care if they're welcomed into a place where they don't have what you need.

I can’t remember the last time anything I needed was actually in stock. It’s like the apocalypse in there with 90% empty shelves. At least the employees are nice.

The store is nice and the people are friendly but things are constantly out of stock. It used to be just a few items here or there out of stock but now at least 80% of the shelves are completely empty and none of the products I usually buy have been available

I haven’t used the pharmacy here, but if you’re trying to stop here to get something quick and convenient, forget it. I’ve lived nearby for 6 months and it’s always empty inside and never stocked.

Thank you Rite Aid for a great shopping experience! I had about 15 minutes before I had to catch a cab when I decided to run into Rite Aid for one thing. I got in the store and the associate was so helpful I was able to get 5 or 6 items I needed. He was really great. He knew where everything was. I got in and out of the store in about 5 to 10 minutes! Thank you again Rite Aid!

This is the closest location to my home, and is a newer store with a clean appearance and generally friendly staff. My use of this location is primarily driven by convenience. On my last visit, I was, however, quite frustrated by the wait time at the pharmacy. I scheduled a vaccine booster and arrived/checked-in a few minutes before the scheduled time. After 40 minutes, I was finally called back to receive the vaccination. Following the vaccine, I asked for a printed record and was told was told I had to go back to the front desk to ask for that which added additional wait. The most frustrating part was that a walk-in was processed during the 40 mins in which I was waiting & immediately followed me for their vaccine. There was seemingly no advantage to scheduling an appointment. The tech/support staff seems grossly overworked in this busy pharmacy and at least one of the pharmacists seems detached from the patient processing - they acted surprised when I stated that I was waiting for the better part of an hour for my scheduled appointment. If you use this location, be prepared to wait.

This store is always very poorly stocked. Literally feels like Covid 2.0 in there. There’s no reason the shelves should be totally empty in the middle of the city. Super disappointing because it’s a great, central location for myself and many others to grab quick items, but I consistently find myself having to go to the Aldi across the street or Giant Eagle to get what I need. I really hope this can be resolved soon!

Arrived 15 minutes before close and the doors were locked. I only needed to grab 2 things so I wasn't going to be in for more than 5-7 minutes. I stood at the door for a few minutes while 2 associates inside the store avoided looking my way. Very unprofessional. I know at least 1 of them saw me. If they close early for specific reasons they could have at least acknowledged me at the door and informed me of the reason why they were closed before 10pm.

This location is very strange, it has looked like it was going out of business since it moved from down the street. The same products have been out of stock for the past year, and more and more items are sold out every time I go. Also whatever you can still find in stock is usually very overpriced.
