I can't believe it. The owner actually threatened me and caused me severe stress. While my car was going through the car wash, they suddenly stopped the car wash in the middle. So I was sitting there in the tunnel for ten minutes, my car was not moving and it was extremely hot. I was not feeling well. When I asked the owner what's going on, he snapped at me with a threatening voice. I then waited longer until I couldn't, and I asked for my car to be let out in reverse. That's when he threatened me.

The spot was well maintained, staff members were friendly and helpful. Jordan was able to direct and assist us getting the machine going for wash selection and explain what was best. After the wash while we were vacuuming it was hot and another staff member came out to off us ice pops that were helpful. Will definitely come back.

Went through today and got the basic level wash. Not too impressed.. a lot of spots leftover on my car. The $6 car wash at the gas station does a better job to me.

Today I was pretty upset because this is the second time I've hit something while entering the car wash. One time, the young woman was waving me in, assuring me that my wheel was aligned, but she kept looking away. My car wasn’t aligned properly because I hit something when entering the car wash. I backed out and realigned my car. Today, the same thing happened; these young men tried to tell me it was my car, and I explained to them that when you're telling me to move forward, you should also be making sure the wheel is aligned with the yellow track. They kept insisting that it’s my car, so I backed up and realigned my car, and it went in smoothly. I told them they could cause someone thousands of dollars in damages by knocking off the wheel alignment and causing more serious issues. Many people avoid places like this because improper alignment can be costly. I wish the owner would tell them that when waving people in, they should make sure the wheel is aligned with the track. They just wave people in blindly without paying attention to the wheel alignment. A $15 car wash can end up costing someone over $1,000 or more.

Crappy wash! Employees don’t brush the front or back of the cars like most washes like this. Car still dirty (bird poop and pollen spots) water didn’t even rinse off all dirty water so dried back on dirty all over (not hard water spots thats different). Does not offer undercarriage wash or free rags to dry off cars. Waste of money!
