Fast and easy. My car was very dirty with built up winter salt. Wash was overall decent. I paid $18 for the most comprehensive wash. Still had dirt residue on the windows. But for a hands free wash wasn't bad.

I have been with this car wash for 7+ years. My car always comes out looking amazing. Ray always make sure his car wash is serviced regularly and updated. I would highly recommend this car wash. This is the only one I use even though it’s out of my way because I live in Lorain.

TOTAL DISASTER! I have used this car wash in previous years and it seems to have gone down hill. Yesterday's wash seems to have been done only with water as there was no soap smell or wax smell or color foam and dirt was left on the car. I paid for a full service wash for $18.00. The pre-pay system took my card, but never gave a receipt. I called the number on the pre-paid machine for help and spoke with Ray. Ray gave me several reasons like " maybe the soap machine was clogged right down to it's all automated, I will have someone check it out." I was then promised that my credit card charge would be deleted and he would email me a couple of free car wash codes. The credit card charge was deleted, but I never received the 2 free car wash codes. Ray emailed me that he sent my 2 free car washes earlier, but I never received that email. My experience with this car wash and Ray has been excuses, not getting what I paid for and games.

The signage needs replaced… You can’t even see the steps/direcrions. The dry job was very poor. I had to go through twice And my car is still not dry. I will stick to my normal spot…And I will not be coming back. $30 In the trash! EDIT: ** Edit: To the owner’s reply- It is obvious by your replies to customer reviews that you do not take accountability for your business’ shortcomings. Had you actually taken the time to read my review you could easily figure out that I chose your $15 wash…but had to go through twice due to poor signage and malfunctioning lights. Simple math…2x $15 = $30 and yes you do offer a $15 car wash :) If you actually cared about your customers or reinvesting into your business, you would know this already. I WAS at your establishment. I DID have to run my car through 2x and I did waste my time and money. Maybe it’s time to take some constructive criticism as a business owner and make changes instead of blaming customers? Thanks!

Kind of a weird business model to tell customers to go elsewhere but hey, you do you. Decent water spray, always had good amount of foam during the soap phase but the dryers suck , and as a whole, overpriced compared to other washes in town

When this car wash is working it does a great job. It has a good underbody spray, and I prefer the touchless on my black vehicle. With that, a lot of the time one lane is closed, and today both lanes were closed. Which is a little frustrating when you pay a monthly subscription, and now have to decide if you want to just wait until it’s fixed or take your car elsewhere and essentially pay twice to get your car washed.

As far as a laser wash goes, honestly this is the best I've used. Keep in mind, it's January 2026 when writing this. We just came out the other end of the massive snow storm and it has been in the negative degree range. It finally warmed up into the 20s and my truck was THRASHED. I had low expectations being that laser wash is pretty hit or miss, usually miss. I did the Supreme and it was well worth it. Soap application was great. Pressure rinse was substantial. Dryer time was more than enough. Definitely recommend.
