The drying strips do not even touch the car. When I asked the attendant if they knew about it, he said they did. I also know that guiding the cars on to the track and pointing to the reminder to put the car in neutral has to be boring, a smile would be nice. It seems there is a car wash on every other corner these days, and a smile can go a long way in showing customer appreciation.

Good carwash, only been a couple times but the car comes out nice and clean. They put a little cover over your rear windshield wiper if you have one so that's a nice touch. Quick, easy and does a good job.

I love it! The wash does a great job on my truck, and the unlimited package is worth it! I've gotten it really dirty and I was able to run it through twice in a row and it was so clean after, I couldn't even tell it was dirty.

I used blue falls car wash for the first time this morning. The location just opened so I got a free “the works” wash in the mail, which is their best package. I am a current subscriber to goo goo unlimited washes. I would have to be honest and say that I received about the same quality as my basic package at goo goo. Also no free towel and air freshener as I receive at goo goo.

I've been using the new North Ridgeville location for about 3 months now. I have the unlimited basic (what the company calls "Deluxe" ) plan and the value is excellent. The wash quality is good and the free vacuums are a definite plus. The "relax" light as you exit the wash tunnel always brings a smile. I realize the light is there to let you know you're almost done - but in these times, it is a good reminder.

Got a free coupon in the mail as an introductory offer. They did a great job and I was amazed at the vacuums available to everybody. Very good car wash and maybe the best drying system I've ever used. Actually gets nearly all of the water blown/wiped off by the time you exit. I run a crew cab Ram 1500 through it and have no issues. I came here because it just opened and all the other car washes close to me are terrible. This one is pretty good and I have no complaints. Staff is helpful as well.

This place likes to steal your money and not provide your membership to you. I bought the Works Wash Package for 50% off back in December. Upon arriving there and scanning my barcode i was emailed, they didn't even have me on file, they had a complete seperate person. I've tried 3 separate times to sort this out and each time I'm told there's nobody there that can help right now and to come back the next day. I've paid over $100 for my membership and I still can't go through the wash

I love this Carwash. My wife and I had bought a pass when it opened then my son gave us a new one as a Christmas gift. HOWEVER, something has changed in the last month as it always has a foul odor during the beginning wash cycle. Updated!!!!!!! I forgot about this review I had left. That "smell" problem was temporary and fixed . I still go to Blue Falls, mainly in North Ridgeville, but my window tag of course lets me through at any location. I just renewed in July 2025, have a gift card @ $59.00 ready to use for my next renewal. Always a great job!

My wife had an incident today that she came home to tell me about that occured at this Blue Falls location. The attendant named Tom waived her in but apparently it was too soon as she ended up tapping the car in front. They stopped the belt and the staff immediately accused my wife of not having the transmission in neutral, which she did. They asked her and the person in the car in front to exchange information after running through the wash and outside by the vacuums. I advised my wife to call and file a police report to reflect that there was no damage present on either vehicle, both drivers and passengers were all safe, and to document the events showing negligence by the staff pulling in cars too close to one another, which according to the responding officer has been a repeat occurrence at this Blue Falls location. When my wife entered the office to ask for names, they refused to provide her with full names only offering the one who claimed to be the manager on duty which was Tom. His name was recorded on the report. Ultimately her story upset and frustrated me to the point that I called to cancel our monthly membership today. I would have hoped that the staff could have been more helpful and at the very least admitted to their own negligence causing this incident. A bit of integrity and honesty goes a long way. If they had been forthright and assisted rather than hindering or deflecting the issue, I may have continued being a monthly member of the car wash plan. Being as they weren't, they no longer get our business or recommendations to friends or anyone for that matter.

Bought a 3 month pass for my wife last Xmas, found it going through this year’s gifts. Went to redeem it and was told it was no good anymore. Nothing on my receipt shows an expiration date or must use by date. The manager was too spineless to call me back on this, so he had the person at the desk deal with me. Glad there are other car wash options in N.R. Wayne and the manager at the North Ridgeville Blue Falls Car Wash worked this issue out with me. Just ran my wife's car through the wash for the first time. Came out clean and sparkling. Thank you.

If you don't want to risk property damage, DO NOT use this wash. Whatever scrub strips they are using can peel and damage parts of your car. My license plate was peeled up and when brought to the attention of the staff, they told me they were unwilling to compensate, replace or repair it. If you've dealt with kinked metal before, simply bending it back doesn't remove the damage to the visible design on the front nor does it lay perfectly flat again. Without it being replaced, it's more likely to be peeled up in the future. Save yourself the headache and cost of a replacement and don't use this wash.

Great, locally owned, business. Prices range from $10-$22. I'm very happy with the $18 level. They offer unlimited washes for a monthly fee. They do not accept cash. Free vacuums, after your wash and compressed air, for those hard to clean areas. All in all a good value.
