Antonio and the gentleman working with him at 4:57pm today went above and beyond for me. I had some pre existing damage and they did everything I asked to accommodate me and make sure my vehicle went through safely while still being thoroughly washed. I commend both of these guys for their hard work and proper customer service. Well done, keep up the good work guys. Wash was ok, but this was the first time I went here and no instructions how to go through. I was all of a sudden getting Screamed at through closed windows and my truck was shaking like crazy. Finally I could understand to take my foot off the brake. Please tell people what to do before telling me to close my window!

I had a monthly pass all summer until recently I just cancelled my monthly pass only cuz I no longer have my vehicle. But this is the best place to get a wash in town. The employees are super nice and helpful. Employee Paul always has a smile on his face and makes sure to scrub all the bugs off my car bc I drive in the country a lot. Very friendly and hard working. Seemed like he was the only one working each time I went but idk. Vacuums always working. Parking lot mostly clean. I felt bad for those guys in the summer tho. They definitely need some type of shade for those 100+ days. They sure work hard. They definitely deserve all the tips they get. Great job guys bc without you this location would be nothing. And I’ve gone to the one on Tulare and first…. Never again!!!!

Great customer service came in by mistake thinking it was the other car wash not a problem store manager Jeff approach my vehicle to make sure everything was OK. I explained to him the situation and I ended up taking my car through the car wash because of his great service I will be signing up with ride and shine pass. Also, the facility is well-maintained, clean from the inside of the car wash and to the vacuum stations

It was super busy when I went. The car wash seemed clean and easy to use, except the traffic to get in the wash. The car came out nice and clean and lasted for a bit until I took my girlfriend to her job, and the gardener ended blowing dust and what not onto the car.

I love the Shaw and Fowler location. Today I was helped by Paul and Jeff. A special thank you for the help I received from Paul. Even in the heat, Paul was running back and forth just to ensure I was able to reactivate my membership. These guys work hard to ensure customer satifaction. I have been coming to this location for quite sometime and the service is always excellent, the wash is fresh smelling, and clean. I love being able to park and use the vacuum, pressure blower and car mat clean machine without them timing out or having to pay extra.

Man I went today for the first time and I noticed swirl marks all over my car. I’m kinda upset cuz my car is new and I just picked it up earlier this month. I tried to call and see if they can offer solution but call never went through. Will go in person for sure to talk to somebody. Kinda ruined my day…

I went to this Rise & Shine car wash and wasn’t happy at first. I went through the car wash and I went to dry my truck and saw that the whole left side of my truck didn’t get cleaned, it was so weird. One of the guys walked by and I told him and showed him some of the places on my truck, he was great and gave me a pass for another day to go in. I went back in a few days later after I got back from a trip. The car wash was much better that time and then the same guy came by and I told him Thank you and it was much better that time. I asked his name and it was Frank. Frank made my experience much better and made me even go back another time, I was disappointed Frank wasn’t there that time. Frank deserves a raise he’s a Great Customer service guy and he cares that people come back and their vehicles turn out great. Please give Frank a raise, it’s hard to find great guys like Frank at a car wash with a caring heart! Thank you Frank!!

The guys working here are amazing!! My issue is with the wash. Every time I come here it there are parts of my car that look like it hadn't been touched by water or soap even with the Best Wash option.

The worst!!! I liked the car wash itself but the scammer that works there and waits for you to go to the vacuums so he can try to take your money and doesn’t take no for an answer. This was enough to make me never go there again! They also don’t answer their phones ever. This guy was rude and got mad because I wouldn’t give him money to take pics of my car and said he will take a small dent out for the price of my deductible. That would be stupid to fall for. You need to do better with your staff! Don’t go there

This location is recently new and there is nothing special about it but if you want a car wash that you don't have to detail yourself, then this is the spot for you. I got the ultimate Wash for the price of $14 and it was good but at least you get a half price coupon that you need to use within a week so you can always wash it again or get another vehicle to use it. Tips are optional and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The two paying stations starting from the left will be for anybody but the paint station on the right will be for people that have the pass only. They do take card and cash so it is very convenient and I highly recommend this place.
