What a terrible place. The employees do not even care about doing their job. My car was left unwashed and not wiped/dried down. If I could - I would give this place a 0 star rating. DO NOT WASTE YOUT R COMING COMING TO THIS PLACE.

I would have given a 5 star, but they close too early 5pm. Cons: the carwash opens at 7am but they don't start washing until 7:20 and it closes at 5pm, they use to close at 6pm. Pros: Hand carwash, great monthly prices, fast service and hard workers. I highly recommend this carwash for cleaning your vehicle inside and out or just driving through quickly!

SCRATCHED NEW BLACK PAINT JOB 1st time in today as im disabled and washing a Tahoe isnt easy. Read reviews first, seemed a safe bet..well they scratched my brand new black paint job! When I went back to speak w manager about the damages, he told me, oh no we didn't do that,This wasn't painted, we didn't do any of that. Every time I pointed out damages, he chuckled and said oh now it's over here too? Laughed then argued w me some more. Kept insisting that the damages were there before and I didn't have the Tahoe painted. I know for a fact that my BRAND NEW 5000$ BLACK PAINT JOB, did not have these scratches. Turned into an argument, when he finally said he would take pics and send to his boss, Didn't document all the damages though. Overall horrible experience. Should have been a decent exchange when I came back to discuss the damages incurred, instead I got the worst cust service I ever had, argued with, and basically called a liar. AM NOW WAITING to hear from the owner about how, if at all, they plan to resolve the damages. Most likely can be buffed out/cut and polished. If not resolved satisfactorily, I will take this matter to court. Don't risk your vehicle's paint job by bringing it here. Just do it yourself if you can, or go somewhere else.

I have a ceramic coating on my car, and I'm not supposed to take my car through car washes, so I was very happy to find a hand car wash that is also a drive-thru for when time is limited and I only have time to do a quick wash.

Great price for monthly wash especially a hand car wash. They do a good job I know it's not the best job ever but for the pay they could put a lil more effort and have better attitudes.

These guys do a pretty good job of cleaning your car. The reason for the bad review is because they can’t seem to follow basic instructions like not adding a disgusting air freshener to your after you’ve declined it. Twice in a row now, and it gives me a headache the rest of the day, in addition to my car smelling like fake strawberry perfume. Ridiculous.

It’s rare to find a carwash that is so good, they use no machines only hand wash. This leads to no scratches or any damage to the car. Always the greatest clean you can ask for. Service is also an A+ with how kind they take requests

My wife and I both have new cars under 3500 miles. Today we went in after week of washing our cars last. They did a poor rinse missing the windshield all together. Then a new employee proceeded to grab a sponge and wipe the dirty windshield then with the same sponge start to wipe the paint that had no soap on it . Since there was still dirt on the windshield it transferred to the sponge then turning the sponge into sand paper . This action scratched the hell out of both of our new cars. I called and spoke to someone who said they would have customer service call me . I will update this post later after they assume responsibility or not.

The WORST car wash experience EVER!!! Firstly, came in the first time and the girl who collected payment was less than friendly and told me they would be detailing my carpets with the package I purchased ($35). Everything was fine after that until I received my car back. Not only was it not cleaned well (crumbs, dust, dirt on floors, seats and spots on seats, doors. Mats were not detailed and didn't even look vacuumed) but they messed up my tint!! Now my expensive tint has bubbles/scratches in it!! I have no idea what they did but it definitely wasn't that way before. I will NEVER go back and make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there!! And, to top it off, they stole my change from my center console!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I paid 25.00, the wash was was good but they did not dry my car very good. I asked the attendant if he could dry my rims and door jams. The young man was very nice but he said sorry can't because my manager is watching. I went inside to ask for a towel to do it myself and the man was very rude. I went home to dry my car. I won't be going back.

Awful place. Was a member here for over a year. Went here to get my car wash ALMOST EVERY OTHER DAY. Their employees always looked miserable but that’s not my problem, just there to wash my car and bothered no one. Until recently there was that bank issues where everyone’s card wasn’t working so apparently my card wasn’t charge for my membership. The bald head dude proceeded to hold me up in line until I can pay and was yelling at me in front of everyone saying my card was declined. Just absolutely EMBARRASSING me, again it’s not like I’m trying to get a free car wash. I literally come here every other day since I have a membership. Not saying he is obligated to let me through that one time but it would’ve been the human decency thing to do but I guess not everyone has human decency. Anyways, came home and canceled my membership right away. Customer service didn’t apologize once for the rude behavior. Therefore, go somewhere else where you would be treated with respect at least. Bye

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN‼️‼️‼️please be aware of this car wash place. We ran our car through the car wash and a male worker there was looking through our windows and tried opening our doors while we were in the middle of the car wash. Glad I had my husband with me at that moment cause who knows what this male worker was capable of. Make sure to keep your doors locked at all times.

This handwash car wash is pretty good. They do a decent job, but sometimes, grime is still left on my car. This location and the one on Ingram both have vacuums, but not the one on West Shaw. They have specials throughout the week. You could also purchase a monthly pass for unlimited washes. There are various price points available for the pass. I recommend trying them out.

The paid $30 for a ton of water spots left behind on my vehicle and the bird crap was still stuck on the roof of my vehicle which initially prompted me to go to the car wash. Also it'd help if they gave a warning or had signs for newer vehicles with all of their safety features to deactivate certain safety features. When I went from drive and into neutral after I was instructed to do so by the attendant, I was already waiting for my receipt for a few minutes prior to my wash beginning so I wasn't prepared for my vehicle triggering a safety brake when I opened the door to grab the receipt, this caused my vehicle to jump the rollers pretty aggressively. I had just bought the vehicle and had no idea this type of thing even existed. I appreciate the kid attendant there that helped me figure out how to turn the safety feature off. It was not a good feeling in a brand new vehicle to experience that. I've seen that other newer more updated Crew Magic locations online are implementing the dual belt conveyor system which would prevent this type of occurrence from ever happening. The dual belt system would be awesome especially with all the features coming out on newer model vehicles.

I have a vinyl wrapped truck so just rolling into a car wash is not a convenience I've had for a number of years. And I didn't know of any hand wash car washes other than having to do it myself until I found this place and I am so happy I did. My truck hasn't looked this nice since I first got it wrapped. I will absolutely be coming back here.
