I was pleasantly surprised at how good the final product was. I brought my 2018 Jaguar F Pace here, and quite frankly I was nervous because I didn't really see a lot of high-end vehicles there and the place doesn't exactly exude luxury lol but what I liked about them and why I was there is because they're the only ones that provide gentle hand car wash services (newly repainted and getting ceramic coating applied) so I really needed a gentle cleaning process. The downside was it took about 40/45 minutes on a slow Tuesday and even though online it said closes at 4:30pm the gate was closed and locked at 2:50pm! 👀 I couldn't believe it! And a car even drove up to the gate right after it was closed and they totally ignored it 😳. I'm sorry but that was so wrong! I would've been sooo passed if that were me! So that got a star taken off for that. Otherwise the final product was beautiful! The car was glowing 😎 he was shining ⭐ bright like a diamond 💎

Always great customer service, excellent cleaning and very reasonably priced. Not a long wait at all, typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on how busy they are. I have been serviced by them approximately 20 times, they've been pretty consistent and always with a smile! Good group of people!

Good clean hand car wash, nice people to deal with. If there’s any issue they’ll take care of it right away. Fairly priced. I go to this place even though they are 2 miles further then the previous car wash I go too. Recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Richmond Hand Car Wash 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I paid $40 plus tips and the car was still dirty. I asked them to vacuum it again and they couldn't do it. So I had to finish cleaning it myself (after paying and waiting 2 hours). Not to mention that they threw things from my car without my permission.

They are Very Good " WHEN OPEN i.e. ( that is ) ..... I drove there twice from BERKELEY during the Holidays .....they were CLOSED - With " NO SIGN OUTSIDE """ ......How are we to know ??? Did they Close Down PERMANENTLY ? Well - I asked on ' Nextdoor.com' ,and most people seemed to think ' INCLEMENT WEATHER ' can cause Car Wash Places to remain closed. A sign on the 2 gates would Help a Lot !!!! Otherwise they truly are quite ' Wonderful '. I never expect ' Trunk Cleaning as I generally have stuff in there !!! They are willing though. Cashier's are usually very nice to Customers. There is a ' Tip Jar ', & Workers are INDUSTRIOUS !!!!

They were pretty busy when I got there. I waited for 30 minutes but they did a really good job. My car was really dirty. The prices are ok too. I have a small car and they charged me $28 for interior and exterior cleaning. Cashier was really kind and professional. The employees were also respectful. I have only been there 3 times but I have no complaints.

I took perhaps the dirtiest car I've ever driven to Richmond Hand Car Wash. This thing was filthy and hadn't been washed in years - this was outside my control :) When I pulled up, the guy told me I'd need to go power wash it down the street. I wasn't in a hurry, and I get an odd satisfaction out of power washing stuff, so that was fine. I spent $10 and 20 minutes blasting off a thick, stubborn layer of grime. I brought the car back to the carwash. 30 minutes and $25 later, the car looked half-decent. They did not do a thorough job. They vacuumed and wiped down the inside, but left some trash and didn't get every nook and cranny - the cupholders/front dash still had visible grime. As you'll see in the photos, the center console wasn't touched - it was full of crumbs. I doubt they even opened it. The outside already looked pretty good after my powerwashing, so it's tough to say how thorough they were. For $25, you'll get a hand wash and a very quick interior cleaning, but don't expect your car to look pristine after. I'd rather spend a bit more and go somewhere else.

Very reasonable rates! I went for an Express Wash and it was good enough for the price. Although, note that they don’t vaccum the seats as part of the Express wash. I am not sure if they have the service as an add-on too.

Even though there was a line ahead of me, my car was still done really fast and done really well for the price point. I wasn't expecting perfection, but they did a spectacular job, and I'm very happy with the results. I got the Manager Special this time, and I think I'm going to get the most expensive option next time just to see if it's worth it. Definitely going back at some point.

They did great job for a fair price. I personally saw how they clean my rims which was very dirty and they made it like brand new. I had some special request which the first guy who helped once u arrive did all as I expected. I definitely come back and recommend them!
