I hate to do this but every review can’t be rainbows and glitter! I had the WORST experience today. I showed up approximately 2ish, looked like the car before me was VERY familiar with the tech as he was leaning into the window hanging on the door and grinning. Every movement wasn’t something I’d be comfortable with as a paying customer. A little too close for comfort. The well next to me had 3 vehicles 2 facing each other one waiting. After the cupcake session ended in my well, the Tech asked me to move and let the “waiting” car go ahead of me as they had been waiting??? That’s not my problem! Everything going on at the moment looked like HOMIE HOOKUPS and you want to inconvenience ME! Management might want to look at your footage and see how much revenue you’re loosing! Never seen any invoices exchange hands just pounds and smiles!! Now I have to find a new place to get oil/tranny changes. A DAMN SHAME! HINCE I LEFT! Hope this is not a representation of your whole company! SO DISRESPECTFUL and a waste of MY ENERGY time and money!

Clearly, this oil changes is a popular spot. The line was long, but the team was efficient. They made sure to walk the line see what people needed, and make sure everybody was in and out in a timely manner. My kids were in the car with me and the staff made sure to include them in the conversation speak to them politely and even tell them a few jokes. It goes a long way when you acknowledge my children and show them the same politeness show me. Thank you for a great experience we’ll be back.

My cousin recommends them. My first time doing a “drive-through” oil change. Jorge, the Assistant Manager showed me anything he felt should be repaired or replaced and answered my questions thoroughly. He explained everything in layman’s terms.He did not indicate that anything was urgent so I did not feel pressured to have work done there. He also asked me to stop back in a week so he can make sure everything was working properly. Great service!

I was very impressed with this service. To be honest I have had a negative opinion regarding oil change establishments. I was willing to go here because I was helping someone sell this car. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of this establishment. The three-way communication skills that they practiced was top-tier. The communication skills they use with me as a customer was very pleasant clear and I felt that I could trust them. This Oil Changers is clean and inviting. The employees are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I say that they are knowledgeable because if you have questions about viscosity or different oil brands, they share the facts, they don't shoot from the hip, and give you the options to choose and not pressure you. I've noticed on the weekends they can get pretty busy, but I've never waited longer than 30 or 45 minutes even when they get really backed up where the cars are all the way to the sidewalk.

finally, I’m able to share how I feel about this place. I’ve been coming here since 1996 and they’ve serviced my cars now all the way up to 2025 as you can see by the one photo there’s many people early on a Saturday morning here to get their oil changed, pricing reasonable. People are super professional and they not only washed my windshield, but they checked my tire pressure, checked all my fluids and even had my synthetic oil on hand, thank you guys. You’re amazing and I love how you communicated with each other shouting out codes and making sure everybody was on top of it. Nice job

Always professional with top notch customer service. After a short while, they learn who you are by face and not by license plate. Who doesn't love that !! They never try to oversell. They give you the best prices at the best deals they offer. In my opinion, probably the best oil changes in the Bay area. And I'm a 63 year old man who's lived in the bay area all his life. I know the bay... So when I say the Bay Area, I'm talking about from south San Jose to Vallejo.... From Mountain View to Santa Rosa, these guys don't play !!
