I was given a gift certificate for Christmas to have my car detailed. I just got the detailing done and I am thrilled. The customer service was outstanding! They worked around my schedule and got the job done in the time frame they had said they would. The car looks great and I am thrilled! I will definitely use Richland Auto Detailing again.

Window tint was well done alone with my headlights getting tinted. There were storm related delays but they kept the car safe and did a great job ensuring the tint was done properly. After it initially looked bad on the headlights, they sourced film from GR to get ot right. It looks so darn sharp and professionally done.

Raymond did some great work to our Ford edge. Even with it being winter the outside still looks good. The interior is perfect. He even picked up and dropped off my car while I was at work. And the price was very reasonable!

I took a chance with someone new and am SUPER satisfied with the job these folks did. I mean, this car they worked on is old, and now it looks fantastic! Far exceeded my expectations. Plus to put it over the top, the pick up and drop off service, the pleasant and respectful tone, all were top notch. I’ve used other well known and popular places in town but the value of them picking up and dropping off, fast service and professional service via text and phone makes these guys the clear choice from now on.

Ray and his team did an awesome job on my 9 yr car. It just looks fantastic. Every detail was just perfect. Tires and calipers spot on. Just hit 150K so halfway home, Ray will help me keep my car looking young. Setting all that aside. What was most impressive to me was learning about Ray. As he drove me home, I learned a little about Ray.Very active in Gull Lake schools in wrestling and football. Finding a way to spend more time with his family and following his passion to be small business owner. Never met Ray before today but you can’t fake sincerity in a six minute trip. Go Gull Lake!!

Ray recently detailed our ‘47 International pickup that was involved in a fire at our house in the garage which the truck was parked. The truck, who we fondly call ”Lucy”, was covered in soot. Ray and crew were able to remove all the soot through a special process. I had called 3 other detail places but no one had the expertise to do the soot removal. Ray and crew did a fantastic job over many days of labor and “Lucy” looks as beautiful as ever!!! She was ready for our family Christmas photo shoot by Powless Brothers Photography as well as another professional photographer that used her in their pictures. Thank you Ray, we can now enjoy “Lucy” once again!!!

A gallon of milk jumped off my backseat and spilled all over my backseat passenger floorboard. I immediately got the green machine out and thought I had done pretty well consider It no longer smelled like fresh milk. However the next day when my husband opened the door it about made him vomit. Of course it’s Friday at this point and no one was available over the hottest weekend thus far. I reached out to Richland Auto detailing and they got me first thing Tuesday morning. The communication from their team was A+! They immediately text me the consensus. Later they updated and even sent pictures. My seats and carpet had to be removed! They were sooooo thorough! When I picked up my Jeep it looked brand new I side and good news … it no longer had a rancid smell! I will be recommending and returning for more services!!

Wow! This was my first time using Raymond’s services and I am very impressed. I had my Jeep wrangler’s interior detailed and front windows tinted and I am so happy with the results! The car is spotless and looks brand new inside, he even cleaned my car seat & it’s impeccable. The window tint looks amazing and upgraded the look of my jeep. He was professional and timely and easy to work with. I Will recommend to anyone that I know looking for this type of service!
